The Systems Engineering and Test Center (SETC) organization is currently hiring a Senior Systems Engineer to join our Tucson, AZ location. As a Senior Systems Engineer you will be responsible for technical rigor of requirements documents, coordination across teams, sharing program process knowledge, mentoring engineers, and working with the technical and program leads execute program tasks. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, requirements management, providing SE oversight during integration and test activities. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on an effectors project pertinent to the systems lifecycle. This role is 100% on-site at our Tucson, AZ campus with the possibility of occasional travel.
What You Will Do
- Update, maintain, and improve requirements and requirements documentation for development and production efforts
- Perform and execute integration, verification and testing and/or provide Systems Engineering support during the test.
- Support system performance analysis, and Integration and Test
- Model the system and the system development and production processes using Cameo
- Participate in Failure Investigations
- Conduct Trade Studies and present results to customers
- Perform test planning to develop and implement test plans, and procedures.
- Prepare integration and verification documentation in both simulated and real-world environments
- Create and present technical data for design reviews and in preparation for test events.
- Troubleshoot and analyze hardware, software, and system issues through detailed data analysis and debugging.
- Conduct statistical and numerical analysis of test data to ensure optimal system performance and to verify requirements.
- Support mission execution at various locations including local RTX facilities, test sites, vendor facilities, and customer locations
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Systems Engineering and/or Systems Integration and test
- Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.

Duties and Responsibilities
As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA) you will perform aviation-based law enforcement operations for the detection, prevention, interdiction, and apprehension of terrorists, terrorist weapons, and other contraband and persons from illegally entering or attacking the United States. Typical duties include:
- Conducting air patrol, surveillance, and pursuit activities related to the interdiction of smuggled contraband via land vehicles, aircraft, or vessels.
- Monitoring behavior patterns and activities of suspect persons, vehicles, or vessels believed to be engaged in illegal activities.
- Collecting, refining, and analyzing strategic and tactical intelligence.
- Supporting search and rescue and humanitarian efforts.
Salary and Benefits
Begin your career as an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA) and make up to $85,270 to - $110,846 per year based on your qualifications for the GS-11 grade level and possible extra compensation based on your duty location (see below).

Qualifications
Experience:You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized professional aviation experience performing duties such as:
- Flying as a Pilot-in-Command or sole manipulator in an airplane and helicopter in all environments of flight, including night, poor weather, unfavorable terrain, low altitudes, or speed.
- Evaluating information rapidly and making judicious decisions promptly during in-flight operations.
- Developing strategies and coordinating aircraft and ground assets.
- Using information systems and databases to conduct information surveys, queries, update files and disseminate information.
- Experience may include Operation of an aircraft as Captain, Pilot in Command, Aircraft Commander, First Officer, Certified Flight Instructor, Second in Command, or Co-pilot.
Hiring Minimums:
Certification & Ratings: A current FAA Commercial or ATP Pilot Certification with one of the following ratings:
- Dual Rated: Airplane (Single-engine land or multi-engine land) with instrument rating AND Rotorcraft Helicopter with instrument rating.
- Airplane Rated: Airplane (Single-engine land or multi-engine land) with instrument.
- Helicopter Rated: Rotorcraft Helicopter with instrument rating.
- Equivalent military rating of the above at the time of application (eligibility based on military flight experience must provide official orders, forms or logbooks showing their status as a rated military pilot).
Flight Hours: Pilot Enter on Duty minimums are 1500 flight hours; (up to 500 hours can be waived, reducing the pilot enter on duty minimums to 1000 hours.
250 Pilot-in-Command hours; 75 Instrument hours; 75 Night hours (Flight Hour Waiver available, see Required Documents); and 100 Flight hours in the last 12 months This qualification requirement is currently being waived by OPM through August 5, 2025.
FAA Class 2 medical required for assessment dated within the last 12 calendar months; FAA Class 1, FAA Class 2 or Military medical flight clearance dated within the last 12 months qualifies to start the pre-employment process for the AIA position.
Apply at 750 hours total time: Applicants applying at 750 flight hours are required to obtain at least 1,000 flight hours (depending on the number of hours approved for a waiver) at their own expense before being able to attend the 3-part flight assessment. Applicants must still meet 250 Pilot-in-Command, 75 instrument, and 75-night hours (100 flight hours in the last 12 months. This qualification requirement is currently being waived by OPM through August 4, 2026)
UAS Flight Hours:Applicants may include UAS Predator A (MQ-1), Predator B (MQ-9) flight hours and Predator A (MQ-1), Predator B (MQ-9) or predator-based flight hours. These hours may be credited towards satisfying the ""Total flight time"" 1,500 flight hour requirement only. UAS hours do not count towards the 250 flight hours as a Pilot in Command, 75 flight hours Instrument, and 75 flight hours Night. Flight hour logbooks will be required at the time of your Flight Assessment for verification.
Other Requirements
Citizenship: You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position.

This age restriction may not apply if you are currently serving in a federal civilian (not military) law enforcement position covered by Title 5 U.S.C. 8336(c) or Title 5 U.S.C. 8412(d).

The Commercial Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial construction projects throughout the Miami metropolitan area. Training & Advancement
Upon graduation from college, the formal training process of becoming an officer in the Naval Nuclear Propulsion program is officially underway. For those pursuing a Naval Reactors Engineer position, the first step is Officer Development School (ODS) in Newport, RI - a 5-week course of instruction in Newport, RI, that provides a comprehensive and intense introduction to the responsibilities of being a Naval Officer.
Upon completion of ODS, newly commissioned Ensigns move on to receive initial training at Naval Reactors Headquarters in Washington, D.C. (9 weeks of instruction) and Nuclear Power Training Unit (2 weeks of instruction) that form the basis for more advanced academic work. Officers then attend Bettis Reactor Engineering School (BRES), a 6-month postgraduate-level education in nuclear engineering at Naval Nuclear Labs just outside Pittsburgh, PA. This is followed by approximately three weeks spent gaining a working background at one of the Navy's shipyards in either Newport News, VA, or Bremerton, WA.
Following the training pipeline, Naval Reactors Engineers are then assigned a Nuclear Engineer position with the group responsible for managing all technical aspects of the Naval Nuclear Propulsion program-reviewing, approving and confirming the design, operation and maintenance of nearly 100 nuclear reactors. Continuing education is required for the next six months as Engineers start in a junior role under a supervisor and rapidly advance to take on increasing responsibilities and complete their 5-year commitment.

Bradesco is launching an international digital investment platform, and this role will play an active part in shaping the new offering for digital clients. You will contribute to product architecture, selection, and governance for this innovative platform, ensuring a seamless experience for global investors - while continuing to support the broader investment product strategy across all channels.
The platform is initially designed primarily for W‐8 clients (non‐U.S. residents), making familiarity with international investment structures and cross‐border regulations essential. At the same time, knowledge of investment products for domestic U.S. clients is also key, as Bradesco continues to serve this segment. The team values versatility and holistic product expertise across both markets.
What you'll do (Key Responsibilities):
- Manager & strategy research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative due diligence on prospective and existing fund managers; evaluate performance drivers, risk, process, people, and price.
- Fund selection & governance: Build recommendations and present cases to internal committees; maintain an auditable trail of research and decisions aligned with supervisory procedures.
- Product lifecycle: Support onboarding (agreements, operational readiness, data integrations) and periodic reviews (watchlists, replacements, terminations).
- Portfolio analytics: Prepare comparative analytics (factor exposures, drawdowns, scenario tests, benchmark fit) and author client‐ready narratives.
- Risk & compliance partnership: Work closely with Compliance to uphold WSP, product limits, and documentation standards; ensure due diligence files meet review requirements.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Partner with Sales, Advisory, Ops, Legal, and Technology to deliver timely product launches and updates.
- Market monitoring: Track macro, flows, fees, regulatory developments, and competitive trends to inform selection and shelf strategy.
Technical Qualifications:
- Investment analysis: Strong command of performance attribution, risk metrics (volatility, tracking error, VaR), factor and style analysis, and peer benchmarking.
- Quant toolkit: Proficiency with Excel (PowerQuery/Pivot), statistical packages (e.g., Python/R a plus), and data sources (Morningstar, Bloomberg or equivalents).
- Fund structures & operations: Working knowledge of mutual funds/ETFs/UCITS/alts, share classes, distribution, trading, and operational due diligence.
- Documentation & controls: Experience preparing due‐diligence memos, committee materials, and maintaining compliant research files aligned to supervisory procedures.
- Licensing: FINRA Series 7 strongly preferred, or willingness/ability to obtain within 6 months after hire.

Scope of Responsibilities:
- Serve as project owner (PO) for the Channels team in the development and implementation of the Bank's project list of priorities and agreed initiatives with total focus in improving customer experience.

Education:

Job Summary: The Operations Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the successful implementation and ongoing optimization of the ServiceNow platform within the Operations team.
