Job Title: Commercial Paralegal

Job Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and highly organized Commercial Paralegal to join their Fort Lauderdale office. This full-time, in-office position supports the Partner and attorneys within the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. The role requires the ability to thrive in a fast-paced legal environment, with a strong focus on accuracy, dependability, and collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and trial materials
• E-file documents with courts
• Manage case calendars, deadlines, hearings, and scheduling
• Assist with deposition preparation, document production, and trial binders
• Maintain organized and accurate electronic case files
• Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel, etc.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three (3) years of Florida civil litigation paralegal experience
• Strong knowledge of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, e-filing, and service rules
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume caseload
• Excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required;
• Experience with NetDocuments and/or TABS is a plus
