We are currently seeking dedicated professionals to work in our Phoenix, AZ office, located at 1 Norterra Dr, Phoenix, AZ 85085 as an Associate Auto Claims Adjuster. Your work will focus on adjusting non-injury auto claims and you'll work under supervision to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and adjust low complexity auto insurance claims presented by or against our members. You will also help in our pre/post recovery area; learning to prep patients, start peripheral IV lines and chart on our patients. We also send a team to work in the Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) program to assist in the Hybrid Surgical Suite weekly.

POSITION SUMMARY
This position performs prescribed specialized radiographic procedures as directed by following department/facility policies, procedures and protocols. The incumbent ensures optimal care/treatment to patient population.

CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Performs radiographic diagnostic/interventional special procedures by following and verifying referring providers' orders. Uses independent judgment and applies learned methodologies according to established policy and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Recent graduate or less than 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab, Electrophysiology (EP) or equivalent experience, working routine diagnostics and basic interventions. Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited Radiologic Technology program. Requires ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology (RT) as required by state law. Licensure and/or certification(s) as required by state regulatory agency, if applicable.

Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications. Basic knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology. Basic understanding of Cath Lab procedures and protocols.

As an Advanced Cath Lab/IR Specials Procedures Technologist at Banner Estrella Medical Center, there are exciting opportunities to be a part of the health care transformation. We are known as an innovative leader in new health care models and are on the cutting edge of medical advances.

In this role you will scrub and monitor cases with Interventional Cardiologists and Interventional Radiologists during cases such as left and right heart catheterizations, percutaneous coronary interventions, loop recorders, STEMIs, Impella, Leadless Pacemakers, Cardiomems procedures vascular line placement, implanted vascular access devices, complex angiography (peripheral angios, UFE's, EKOS, TIPS, etc.). You will be joining a highly functioning team in a Cath Lab/Interventional Radiology shared lab with four angio suites.

Schedule: 24-hours per week consisting of two twelve-hour weekend shifts (7:00am - 7:30pm), Saturdays and Sundays only. Holidays only applicable if they fall upon Saturday or Sunday. Will be added to call rotation of 1 weekend per month.

CORE FUNCTIONS
1. Assumes responsibility for direct patient care as necessary. Provides or facilitates patient care for patient populations and serves as a resource to staff for clinical support. Promotes interdisciplinary patient care planning and patient education.

2. Supports department needs and is the primary resource for equipment education and provides user (physician, nursing, other allied health staff, families) education on medical equipment within the department and specific EP program needs when applicable. Collaborates with various departments, outside vendors, and other departments to assure adequate resources and the proper coordination of safe, efficient patient care.

3. Serves as resource to patients, families, providers and staff in providing care by facilitating patient flow. Assists in the interpretation of department/facility/system policies within the clinical setting. Provides safe and cost-effective care while considering patient satisfaction and customer service.

4. Performs scheduled/preventive maintenance, electrical safety inspections, and quality assurance on patient care equipment in a timely manner consistent with regulatory standards. Maintains communication with customers/team regarding the status of equipment repairs. Proactively solves technology issues when appropriate.

5. Supports change and assists in the development, interpretation, implementation and evaluation of the process improvement and quality management activities of the department/system.

6. Accountable for the ethical, legal, and professional responsibilities related to imaging practice. This includes maintaining confidentiality of all work information. Adheres to safety policies. Assures the efficient operation of workflow of the department. Performs prescribed procedures in accordance with established departmental/facility policies and procedures.

7. Demonstrates the principles of aseptic and sterile techniques as well as universal precautions throughout the procedure. Disposes of sharps and trash, places used supplies into case cart for processing and prepares instruments for cleaning following each case.

8. Assures the efficient operation of workflow of the department. Performs prescribed procedures in accordance with established departmental/facility policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

This job profile is utilized at facilities with a moderate acuity Cath Lab that performs complex coronary procedures.

Certificate or diploma from an approved/accredited Radiologic Technology program. Requires ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology (RT) as required by state law. Licensure and/or certification(s) as required by state regulatory agency, if applicable. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications for ACLS required. Requires Post primary certification with minimum of 3 years' Cath Lab, Electrophysiology (EP) or equivalent experience OR 5 years Cath Lab, EP or equivalent experience with 2 years in a moderate acuity/complex coronary environment. Must demonstrate effective communication skills and human relations skills. Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job Summary

The Manager, Wholesale Sales Analytics owns wholesale performance analytics and insight generation for 3Z Brands. This role is responsible for translating sales, margin, customer, and product data into actionable strategies that drive profitable growth across the wholesale channel.

This position serves as a strategic partner to Sales, Finance, Operations, and Executive leadership—shaping performance measurement, identifying margin opportunities, and influencing pricing, customer, and product decisions. Responsibilities

  • Ownership of Wholesale Performance Analytics
  • Own the wholesale analytics function, including KPI definitions, reporting standards, and performance measurement
  • Establish and maintain frameworks for tracking sales, margin, customer profitability, and product performance
  • Ensure consistent, accurate interpretation of wholesale performance across the organization
  • Analyze wholesale sales performance against budget, forecast, and prior year results
  • Evaluate trends in revenue, unit volume, pricing, customer mix, and gross margin. Develop and monitor key wholesale KPIs
  • Proactively surface risks and opportunities and recommend actions to improve performance
  • Build and maintain customer profitability models incorporating pricing, discounts, rebates, freight, and manufacturing costs
  • Analyze product‑level performance, including material costs, labor, overhead absorption, and margin by SKU
  • Partner with Sales and Finance to support pricing decisions, customer negotiations, and contract reviews
  • Identify underperforming customers, products, or programs and collaborate cross‑functionally to define corrective actions that improve profitability
  • Leverage understanding of manufacturing operations and product costing to explain margin variances
  • Partner with Operations and Accounting to understand cost changes related to materials, labor, overhead, and production efficiency
  • Support analysis related to new product launches, cost changes, and sourcing decisions
  • Develop recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI
  • Extract and model data from NetSuite, Snowflake, and other enterprise systems
  • Translate complex analysis into concise, executive‑ready insights that inform pricing, customer strategy, and operational decisions
  • Prepare executive‑level summaries and presentations that clearly connect results to business actions.
  • Ensure alignment on data definitions, KPIs, and reporting standards


Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years of experience analyzing sales and financial data in a wholesale, manufacturing, or B2B environment
  • Strong experience with sales performance analysis, margin analysis, and profitability modeling
  • Hands‑on experience with NetSuite (or similar ERP)
  • Experience working with Snowflake or comparable cloud data platforms
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large, complex datasets
  • Proven ability to translate data into clear business narratives and recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in manufacturing, preferably with product costing and margin analysis
