Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Quality Management Systems: • Manages the process for creating, reviewing and issuing standard operating procedures • Manages the processes for setting up training, assigning training and monitoring training completions. • Manages the deviation and CAPA (corrective & preventative action) process, including monitoring, following up, and closure • Assist with Sales Representative licensing activities Regulatory Research: Perform review/research of state regulations including but not limited to the following areas: 1) Practitioner sampling authority; 2) Drug theft/loss reporting; 3) Controlled Substance license requirements for Practitioners; 4) Facility licensing requirements by facility type, for purposes of monitoring changes to the requirements.

Qualifications
- BA/BS (6 yrs.) of relevant experience in analytical chemistry or biologics testing lab

- Ph.D. (1-2 yrs.) of relevant experience in analytical chemistry or biologics testing lab
Required Skills and Experience
- Must have separations experience for large molecules or plate-based assay experience.
- Experience in analyzing biologics including monoclonal antibodies and/or other therapeutic proteins using at least one of the following techniques:
- o Liquid Chromatography (HPLC / UPLC)o Protein A Titer, Size Exclusion Chromatography (SEC), Ion Exchange Chromatography (IEX, AEX, CEX), Reverse Phase (RP), or Hydrophobic interaction chromatography (HIC)o Electrophoretic methods such as capillary electrophoresis sodium dodecyl sulfate (CE-SDS) and/or capillary isoelectric focusing (cIEF)
- Basic instrumentation troubleshooting
- Ability and willingness to train and follow laboratory methods and procedures
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, etc.)
- Making accurate reagent preparations (dilutions / solutions / buffers / mobile phases)
- Good documentation practices & utilization in electronic lab notebooks (ELN)Desired Skills and Experience
- Analytical software such as Empower.
- Experience in analyzing biologics including monoclonal antibodies and/or other therapeutic proteins using plate-based methods, e.g., ELISA (HCP, proA)

Notes:
- Open to bachelor, masters, and/or PhD level.
- 100% onsite lab based role.
- Required to have direct expertise in operating LC and CE analytical systems for testing large molecules in an industry or CRO environment.
- Required to be experienced in the industry, with ability to quickly train on specific procedures and start working in the lab.
- Role will involve high volume sample testing across multiple preclinical and clinical stage biologics programs, including proteins and antibody-drug conjugates.
- Required to follow all safety, compliance and quality practices.
- Required to understand and follow good documentation practices within an electronic laboratory notebook.

The CSW Social Worker provides emotional support, crisis intervention and counseling; information and referral; referrals for financial assistance and supportive services to patients and families with problems that are related to hospitalization, illness, disability or trauma. To provide case management & milieu management, complete psychosocial assessments, assist in the development and re-evaluation of Treatment Plans and work as a member of a multidisciplinary team, and to coordinate discharge planning. Complete necessary documentation and maintain clinical record for each client during his/her length of stay.

JOB TITLE: Assistant Scientist/Engineer
Location: Summit, NJ (100% onsite)
• 10% to 20% of the time in an office environment.
• 80% to 90% of the time in a manufacturing and/or laboratory setting.
• The incumbent may travel between NJ sites Summit and New Brunswick sites to access different laboratories and equipment for the execution of experiments

The Associate Scientist/Engineer is responsible for supporting studies to establish oral solid formulations. This includes execution of laboratory and pilot plant work, design experimental formulation studies, and conduct material characterization and formulation testing.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Knowledge of formulation development.
• Knowledge of data trending and tracking, including use of statistical analysis software a plus.
• Demonstrate advanced problem-solving ability / mentality, technical adeptness and logical thinking.
• Ability to communicate honestly, transparently, and effectively with peers, department management and cross functional peers.
Education and Experience:
• Requires a bachelor's degree in science or engineering or related engineering discipline (advanced degree preferred).
• Minimum 0-3 years of relevant work experience
• Previous experience working in formulation development or spray dried dispersion preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute.
• Experience in oral formulation preparation and testing techniques, including HPLC and dissolution is required.
• Experience conducting material characterization, using DSC and TGA preferred.
Pilot scale batch manufacture with common oral development technologies
General material characterization experience.

Job Description
- Follow the quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) plan in alignment with the project’s contract requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor the quality of materials, construction methods, and finished products, enforcing inspection and testing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess workmanship, adherence to design specifications, and materials used.
- Oversee testing and verification of materials, including concrete, steel, and other construction materials, ensuring that they meet required standards.
- Coordinate with third-party inspectors and auditors as necessary.
- Identify and document any non-conformities or deficiencies in construction practices or materials.
- Work with the site management team to develop corrective actions and track the implementation of these actions.
- Ensure any defective work or materials are addressed promptly and that rework meets the quality standards.
- Support comprehensive documentation of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective actions taken.
- Provide regular updates to the quality manager on quality-related issues and progress.
- Complete required documentation and file in accordance with project guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with site manager, quality manager, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that all parties understand the quality requirements.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging quality awareness and compliance among the construction team.
- Ensure that the construction process follows international standards (such as ISO 9001) and industry best practices.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulatory changes that may affect the construction process.
Skills Required
- Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in the construction industry.
- In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Strong understanding of construction regulations, building codes, and safety requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Certifications in quality management are an advantage.
