We are looking for people who are interested in personal finance and budgeting. In this role you will review practical money-saving strategies and provide feedback on budgeting ideas for everyday households.
You will look at different financial habits, common spending patterns, and simple ways people manage money when budgets are tight. The work is simple and can be done online.
Responsibilities include reviewing budgeting advice, identifying useful money-saving ideas, and sharing your opinion on which strategies are most helpful.
No professional experience is required, but an interest in personal finance, saving money, or budgeting is helpful.

- Conduct in-home visits that focus on a person’s overall health and well-being and identify potential barriers to care
- Earn up to $2,500 to $4,000 each week (Average 6-9 visits daily, base rate of $80 per completed assessment)

These visits include a medication and medical history review and a physical evaluation performed in a health plan member’s home. Our NP contractors can earn a competitive wage (or supplement their current income) while managing other personal and clinical commitments. You will be provided a pre-populated, patient-specific form for each evaluation and do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people’s current treatment regimen.

Oversees day-to-day production maintenance operations and maintenance of all facilities,
buildings and equipment focusing on keeping all equipment in an operating and functional
condition by directing a workforce consisting of technical and non-technical employees and/or
contractors.
• Provides oversight and coordination overall facilities maintenance and upkeep while
maintaining a specific budget.
• Oversees Preventative Maintenance Program on all shop equipment and machines. Prioritize
maintenance task list with production management.
• Influences, develops and controls budget, costs, maintenance, janitorial and vendors by
planning, scheduling, implementing processes and drafting procedures. Request, review, and
submit work orders, bids, and proposals from vendor.
• Utilizes strong organizational and problem solving skills and creative thinking to introduce and
manage change in order to achieve continuous improvement.

• Remain knowledgeable regarding all operational aspects of building systems including
electrical, HVAC, air handling units, roof top units, plumbing, overhead doors and levelers,

• Develop comprehensive annual inspection process for facilities; complete weekly, monthly,

· Manage all parts and tool inventories to ensure necessary repairs are completed within minimal
equipment downtime.
· Schedule all work through job priority and equipment availability to ensure all work is completed in a
timely manner.
· Ensure all necessary jobs and safety training is completed and documented as required.

Requirements: • Strong working knowledge of building systems in a manufacturing facility

Salary and Duty Location Recruitment Incentives and Benefits
Annual Base Salary for newly appointed CBPOs varies as follows:
GS-9: $61,111 - $124,443 per year
Note: A fully trained CBPO is eligible for up to $45,000 in overtime pay in addition to the starting salary.
Officers are eligible to select from an array of federal employment benefits that include health, dental and other insurance plans, generous annual and sick leave, and participation in the Thrift Savings Plan.
LOCATION INCENTIVES: If you accept one of the duty locations listed below, you may be eligible to receive an additional 15%-25% of your salary each year for the first three (3) years of employment in addition to any overtime pay. Some locations may offer 25% for four (4) years.
Duty locations offering 25% recruitment incentives: Otay Mesa, San Francisco, San Ysidro, and Tecate, CA; Key West, FL; etc.
Duty locations offering 15% recruitment incentives: Honolulu, HI; Portal, ND; etc.

Qualifications:
You qualify for the GS-9 grade level in one of the following ways: experience, education, or a combination of both.
Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level that includes:
- Detaining suspected violators of federal, state, or local laws and/or arresting violators using the proper law enforcement methods.
- Enforcing laws and regulations relating to importing, exporting, and/or international shipping.
- Utilizing intelligence techniques and behavior analysis to identify potential threats.
- Conducting interviews in a law enforcement capacity.
Education Substitution: A master's (or higher) degree or an LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited college or university; OR
Combination of Experience and Education: A combination of specialized experience AND successfully completed graduate-level education.
Other Requirements:
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Residency: Primary U.S. residency for at least three of the last five years.
- Age Restriction: Must be referred before your 40th birthday (some exceptions apply).
