Twin City Staffing is hiring Tool & Die Designers (Level I and Level II) to support a precision manufacturing environment. These roles focus on designing and developing tool and die solutions that support efficient production, quality, and performance. Ideal candidates have strong mechanical design skills and experience with CAD-based tooling design.
Location: Saint Paul, MN
Wage:
- Tool & Die Designer I: $36 – $44 per hour
- Tool & Die Designer II: $42 – $51 per hour
- Pay based on experience and level

Duties of the tool & die designer:
- Design and develop tool and die concepts based on manufacturing and customer requirements
- Create detailed blueprints, 3D models, and flat blank geometry
- Use SolidWorks, LogoPress, and Cadkey for tooling and die design
- Coordinate with manufacturing to support production needs
- Ensure tooling meets quality, functionality, and production standards
Requirements of the tool & die designer:
- Experience in tool and die or mechanical design (level based on role)
