We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to lead warehouse inventory operations in Chicopee, MA. This first-shift leadership role is responsible for driving accuracy, productivity, and team performance in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support inventory team to meet accuracy and productivity goals
- Oversee cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and damaged/vendor returns
- Ensure products are properly restocked and pick-ready
- Train and coach team members on inventory control processes
- Collaborate with leadership to meet daily goals and reporting requirements
- Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards
What Weβre Looking For:
- 2+ years of supervisory experience (warehouse/distribution preferred)
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations
- Experience using scanners and WMS systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods
- Must pass pre-employment screening and follow safety/PPE guidelines

The Warehouse Operations & Logistics Coordinator will perform the assigned duties out of our new Agawam distribution office & warehouse. This role will be responsible for various activities including shipments, deliveries, & on-site warehouse operations and data entry records.
