The pay range for this position is $ 75,602.00 - $123,432 in Annual Salary. Kerry typically does not hire an individual at the top or near the top of the range, as we are a pay-for-performance company, and this range is set to continue to reward performance annually while in role. What you'll do:

  • Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives
  • Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations
  • Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions
  • Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
  • Build your book
  • Use your training to meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission
  • Establish relationships to close new customers
  • Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
  • Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery

Overview
  • Provide exceptional intraoperative support by anticipating surgeon and team needs while maintaining strict sterile technique.

  • Prepare, inspect, and manage surgical instruments and equipment to ensure safe, efficient procedures.

  • Support smooth surgical operations through effective communication with physicians, circulators, and team members.

  • Demonstrate strong technical skills in assembling, operating, and maintaining routine and specialty surgical equipment.

  • Contribute to an efficient surgical environment by optimizing workflow, conserving resources, and proactively assisting with room turnover and case preparation.


Qualifications:
  • Education: High-School Diploma or GED are required. This is a certified technologist (CST) position. The Completion of a Surgical Technologist Program per the National Board of Surgical Technology is required. Maintain certification without gaps. You may be asked to provide proof of education.

  • Certifications: American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) and Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required.

  • Experience: New graduate up to experienced surgical technologist experience.

  • Other: Must understand English both written and spoken, must be able to perform job-related functions safely and successfully, with or without reasonable accommodation required by federal, state, or local law
