Technical Project Manager / Account Manager 

ATC Hospitality IT (HIT) Division 

Position Overview 

ATC Hospitality is seeking a Technical Project Manager / Account Manager to support our growing Hospitality IT (HIT) division. This role is responsible for coordinating technology projects, supporting client relationships, and helping deliver successful outcomes for new and existing hospitality clients. 

This is an entry-to-mid level position with strong growth potential within ATC. The ideal candidate has an IT background and is comfortable working in a client-facing environment where organization, communication, and follow-through are critical. 

Key Responsibilities 

Project Management 

• Lead and coordinate hospitality IT projects from initiation through completion. 
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and project documentation. 
• Facilitate project meetings, implementation calls, and status updates. 
• Coordinate communication between clients, internal teams, and vendor partners. 
• Maintain accurate records within CRM and project management systems. 

Client & Account Support 

• Serve as a primary point of contact for project-related communication. 
• Provide clear updates and ensure expectations are aligned throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Assist with onboarding new clients and supporting ongoing initiatives. 

Technical & Operational Support 

• Assist with technical audits and project discovery efforts. 
• Draft work orders, scope documents, and proposals. 
• Coordinate vendor quotes, budgeting, and invoice tracking. 
• Support forecasting and project reporting as needed. 

Required Qualifications 

• IT experience or a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical field. 
• Strong organizational and communication skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Professional, client-facing demeanor. 
• Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced consulting environment. 

Preferred Experience 

• Exposure to hospitality technology environments (Wi-Fi, networking, voice, POS, FTG/GRE ecosystems). 
• Experience working with CRM, ticketing, or SaaS platforms. 
• Background in project coordination, IT support, or technical consulting.

Job Summary

The HR Operations Specialist ensures the smooth and compliant execution of HR and payroll processes. This role requires strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills to effectively support both employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain HRIS systems (e.g., Paycor, Workday, UKG, ADP) to ensure accurate employee data, reporting, and workflow automation.
• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits changes, promotions, status changes, and transfer transactions.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to ensure the integrity of payroll and HR data.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies in a manner that demonstrates empathy and maintains confidentiality.
• Generate reports for audits, regulatory compliance, and internal HR metrics.
• Assist with benefits administration including healthcare plan enrollment processing, FMLA tracking, and ACA reporting.
• Participate in HR process improvement initiatives and system upgrades.
• Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll in coordination with the Finance Department and Field Management Teams.
• Ensure accurate calculation of wages, deductions and bonuses.
• Maintain payroll filing and ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll.
• Support year-end processes including W-2, 1095 and tax filing,
• Ensure HR practices are in compliance with both labor laws and internal policies.

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience in HR operations, with direct payroll processing experience.
• Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations.
• Experience with multi-state payroll processing.
• Certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) is a plus.

Your Role:

Acts as a liaison with freight forwarders and customers to transport shipments. This position also analyzes data and recommends appropriate improvements to best service the customer at competitive rates. This position is responsible for processing customer orders in the Distribution center and routing appropriately in accordance with DOT, IATA and IMDG regulations and consideration to efficiency and cost for transportation.

• Expedites shipments by coordinating activities of customer service representatives, the distribution center, and international packing to ensure a high level of customer service.
• Obtain, prepare and submit documentation for shipment booking both domestic and international.
• Obtains booking with steamship lines, freight forwarders and consolidators; and arranges consolidations to ensure efficient, cost effective and timely delivery of shipments.
• Supply management for both amdinistrative and warehouses, ordering of supplies, managing replensihment levels.
• Seeks and recommends new sources or avenues to move hazardous material by obtaining data and recommending appropriate improvement in rates, services, and hazardous shipping knowledge to customers and affiliates.
• Serves as liaison between freight forwarders, freight brokers and customers. Handles trouble shooting for lost or damaged shipments and customer questions or concerns.
• Arranges consolidation to affiliate locations.
• Prepares and present all documentation to customer and shipping authorities.
• Provides documentation for multi-hazard class chemical shipments.
• Maintain, control, and organize electronic and paper document files.
• Miscellaneous duties and tasks as required.
• Exemplary attendance and adherence to schedule.
• Must follow all good distribution practices (GDP), where applicable.

Who You Are:

• Education: High School Diploma, GED or HSED required
• Required: Two years previous experience in Logistics/Warehousing/Supply Chain
• SAP and MS office systems
• Preferred: Hazard material certification for shipping by air, sea and CFR 49.

Knowledge and Skills:

Ability to operate PC, telephone, printer, scanner, copier, and fax machine. Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Power Point. Knowledge and intuition of next level of escalation if a problem arises above the scope of this position. Ability to access available information and make independent decisions and troubleshoot based on knowledge of related operations. The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with various levels of staff and outside customers/vendors. Strong organizational skills.

Environmental Conditions

Distribution/Warehouse Environment: Occasionally works near moving mechanical parts. Is occasionally required to wear appropriate protective gear, (hard hats, glasses/goggles, chemical resistant suits, gloves, safety shoes) and other personal protection equipment “PPE” to protect themselves from toxic or corrosive chemicals in the forms of liquids, solids, vapors or airborne particles. The work area may occasionally be wet, humid, or abnormally hot or cold.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Operations Planner will be responsible for:

• Planning and Scheduling Factory Floor Activities

• Capacity planning: To ensure resources are properly utilized (Work Centers)

• Provide Analysis for material that need to re-planned or re-promised based on material availability (i.e. Short Stock)• Work with Customer Care to ensure Shop Orders and Picking is taking place to support Book and Burn (Stock Items Needs)

• Work with Purchasing on Supply Expediting need to ensure that material delivery is on time

• Work side by side with Warehouse Manager on processes and activities for manufacturing and non-manufacturing materials, including, receiving, storage, inventory accuracy, material disposal, and shipping task(s)

DUTIES:

Operations Planning: Review and oversight of ERP planning functions to ensure parameters are optimized for accuracy and execution; ensure effective management of order intake and delivery to meet customer demands and inquiries.

• Maintenance and distribution of delivery date planning tools (i.e., overview sheet, IFS) to allow for accurate and responsive customer order (CO) promise date confirmations.

• Develop plans according to forecast and sales orders.

• Review conventional order inquiries and provide feedback on lead times; point of contact for conventional order inquiries and order status updates; may interface with customers as required.

• Create and manage COs, distribution orders (DOs) and shop orders (SO) as required to fulfill internal and external demands.

• Create & manage weekly production schedules for DSG to satisfy customer delivery requirements.

• Manage ERP inventory planning level demands in alignment with available staffing, work center capacity, and raw material availability.

• Review/maintain accuracy of inventory via cycle count results and analysis; comment on any improvements to the BOM accuracy; coordinate with the purchasing group as needed.

• FPO management: daily review/correction of transaction errors, review FPOs prior to closing and investigate/correct variances to established standards.

• Data review and reporting: standard accuracy assessment, monitor scrap reporting to ensure scrap accuracy, review cycle count activities and report results for root cause determination.

• Continuous weekly performance and schedule adherence feedback/reporting to the operations team; analyze areas of opportunities.

• Collaborate with the sales, production, distribution and purchasing teams to mitigate supply concerns and to support revenue generation and cost reductions.

Continuous Improvement: Work with the broader planning team to promote continuous improvement and standardization of the “end to end” planning, scheduling, and inventory management practices in the Americas region.

• Maintain robust tools/processes for:

o CO/DO/SO dating

o CO/DO/SO ERP exception management

o S&OP Processo CO to DO to SO process flow

o Inventory management

• Collect, manage, and analyze relevant data to assess the effectiveness of the planning and scheduling functions.

• Review key metrics reporting for continuous improvement opportunities."

Human Relations: Interface and collaborate with personnel and functional groups effectively.

• Ensure positive employee relations and a commitment to safety.

• Develop and maintain positive relations with all customers (internal/external) for demand inquiries and order status updates."

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience within manufacturing in planning, logistics or related roles. - Must

• Relevant experience in materials planning, scheduling, logistics, or supply chain within a high-volume manufacturing environment. - Must

• Very strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Access) and ERP systems. - Must

• Minimum High School Education; University degree, preferred.

Clean Harbors is looking for a Regional Class A Dry Van Driver to join their safety conscious team in Cincinnati, OH! This route runs from Cincinnati, OH to Maryland and New Jersey and averages 2200-2600 miles per week.

• Keep all kitchen equipment and prep/serving areas clean and organized.
• Plan and follow a cooking schedule to ensure meals are ready on time.

Duties and Responsibilities

As an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA) you will perform aviation-based law enforcement operations for the detection, prevention, interdiction, and apprehension of terrorists, terrorist weapons, and other contraband and persons from illegally entering or attacking the United States. Typical duties include:

• Conducting air patrol, surveillance, and pursuit activities related to the interdiction of smuggled contraband via land vehicles, aircraft, or vessels.
• Monitoring behavior patterns and activities of suspect persons, vehicles, or vessels believed to be engaged in illegal activities.
• Collecting, refining, and analyzing strategic and tactical intelligence.
• Supporting search and rescue and humanitarian efforts.

Salary and Benefits

Begin your career as an Air Interdiction Agent (AIA) and make up to $85,270 to - $110,846 per year based on your qualifications for the GS-11 grade level and possible extra compensation based on your duty location (see below).

Recruitment Incentive:New hires may be eligible to receive a one-time Recruitment Incentive payout of $10,000 after completing Federal Law Enforcement Training Academy (FLETC) (1 year service agreement will need to be completed) (Recruitment Incentive is only available to new Federal employees as described in 5 CFR 575.102. Eligibility will be determined by Human Resources.)

Your starting salary will include Special Salary Rate (SSR); Law Enforcement Availability Pay (LEAP); Recruitment Incentive; and Retention Incentive.

This career ladder position has a grade level progression of GS-11, GS-12, and GS-13. You may be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level automatically (without re-applying) once you complete 52 weeks at each grade level (with supervisor approval).

Qualifications

Experience:You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one (1) year of specialized professional aviation experience performing duties such as:

• Flying as a Pilot-in-Command or sole manipulator in an airplane and helicopter in all environments of flight, including night, poor weather, unfavorable terrain, low altitudes, or speed.
• Evaluating information rapidly and making judicious decisions promptly during in-flight operations.
• Developing strategies and coordinating aircraft and ground assets.
• Using information systems and databases to conduct information surveys, queries, update files and disseminate information.
• Experience may include Operation of an aircraft as Captain, Pilot in Command, Aircraft Commander, First Officer, Certified Flight Instructor, Second in Command, or Co-pilot.

Hiring Minimums:

Certification & Ratings: A current FAA Commercial or ATP Pilot Certification with one of the following ratings:

• Dual Rated: Airplane (Single-engine land or multi-engine land) with instrument rating AND Rotorcraft Helicopter with instrument rating.
• Airplane Rated: Airplane (Single-engine land or multi-engine land) with instrument.
• Helicopter Rated: Rotorcraft Helicopter with instrument rating.
• Equivalent military rating of the above at the time of application (eligibility based on military flight experience must provide official orders, forms or logbooks showing their status as a rated military pilot).

Flight Hours: Pilot Enter on Duty minimums are 1500 flight hours; (up to 500 hours can be waived, reducing the pilot enter on duty minimums to 1000 hours.

250 Pilot-in-Command hours; 75 Instrument hours; 75 Night hours (Flight Hour Waiver available, see Required Documents); and 100 Flight hours in the last 12 months This qualification requirement is currently being waived by OPM through August 5, 2025.

FAA Class 2 medical required for assessment dated within the last 12 calendar months; FAA Class 1, FAA Class 2 or Military medical flight clearance dated within the last 12 months qualifies to start the pre-employment process for the AIA position.

Apply at 750 hours total time: Applicants applying at 750 flight hours are required to obtain at least 1,000 flight hours (depending on the number of hours approved for a waiver) at their own expense before being able to attend the 3-part flight assessment. Applicants must still meet 250 Pilot-in-Command, 75 instrument, and 75-night hours (100 flight hours in the last 12 months. This qualification requirement is currently being waived by OPM through August 4, 2026)

UAS Flight Hours:Applicants may include UAS Predator A (MQ-1), Predator B (MQ-9) flight hours and Predator A (MQ-1), Predator B (MQ-9) or predator-based flight hours. These hours may be credited towards satisfying the ""Total flight time"" 1,500 flight hour requirement only. UAS hours do not count towards the 250 flight hours as a Pilot in Command, 75 flight hours Instrument, and 75 flight hours Night. Flight hour logbooks will be required at the time of your Flight Assessment for verification.

Other Requirements

Citizenship: You must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for this position.

Residency: You must have had primary U.S. residency (includes protectorates as declared under international law) for at least three of the last five years.

Age Requirement: Provisions of Public Laws 93-350 and 100-238 allow the imposition of a maximum age for initial appointment to a primary Law Enforcement Officer position within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). In accordance with DHS Management Directive 251-03, the ""day before an individual's 37th birthday"" is the maximum age for original appointment to a position as a primary law enforcement officer within DHS. The age requirement is also necessary to ensure that you are able to complete the 20 years of applicable service for retirement.

NOTE: The Commissioner of CBP has approved a temporary increase in the maximum allowable age to 40 for original placement into an Air Interdiction Agent position.

Age Waiver: Creditable law enforcement officer service -Covered by Title 5 U.S.C. 8336(c) or Title 5 U.S.C. 8412(d), or creditable service covered by Title 5 U.S.C. 8401(36) (as a Customs and Border Protection Officer) on or after July 6, 2008, may be applied toward the maximum age requirement. This age restriction may not apply if you are currently serving in a federal civilian (not military) law enforcement position covered by Title 5 U.S.C. 8336(c) or Title 5 U.S.C. 8412(d).
