Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager, Sustainability and Global Sourcing Compliance to join our Sustainability & Sourcing Compliance team. This role will play a critical part in executing sustainability strategy and managing global social and sourcing compliance programs, regulatory implementation, systems oversight, and stakeholder training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute global social compliance programs across vendor and factory networks, including onboarding and compliance setup
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and licensee CSR communications and compliance program execution
- Address audit findings, corrective action plans, and compliance gaps in partnership with sourcing teams and factories
- Track compliance metrics and ensure timely remediation, follow-up, and documentation
- Monitor and implement global regulations (e.g., UFLPA, SB 253, SB 261, CSRD, CSDDD, EPR, CPSC e-filing) and translate them into actionable procedures
- Develop and deliver training programs, materials, and communications for internal teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners
- Partner with the VP to execute ESG strategy, including sustainability initiatives, reporting, and performance tracking (e.g., GHG emissions)
- Manage compliance systems, reporting platforms, and third-party tools, ensuring data integrity, access, and accurate submissions

- Strong knowledge of global regulatory frameworks (UFLPA, CSRD, CSDDD, etc.)
- Experience managing factory compliance programs and customer CSR requirements
- Experience with compliance systems, audit platforms, and regulatory reporting tools

Role Summary
We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Costing Analyst, Women's Wholesale Apparel to join our Allocations & Costing team and play a key role in how we bring product to market each season.

THE ROLE

The Tableau Developer is a key member of the Data & Analytics team reporting to Director of BI. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to support business decision-making. Key Responsibilities:
Production & Supplier Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for mills; flag potential delays and ensure all target completion dates are met.
- Clearly communicate technical fabric questions to overseas factories to ensure standards are maintained.

- Help maintain internal organization of documents, vendor files, and processes.
Office & Operational Support:
- Assist with general office coordination related to events and team activities.
- Help coordinate internal team gatherings and meetings.
- Support vendor invoicing, expense tracking, and budget documentation.
- Serve as a point of contact for event-related inquiries.
- Help improve administrative processes and organization as the firm grows.
Sponsorship & External Coordination:
- Assist with sponsor communications and logistics.
- Track sponsor deliverables and materials.
- Coordinate branding assets and event needs with external partners.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in administrative support, executive assistance, event coordination, or operations.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or executives preferred.
- Strong communication skills and professional presence.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
- Proactive mindset with strong follow-through.
