  • Prepare simple legal documents using firm templates, including subpoenas, discovery demands, court forms, etc.
  • Compile and organize documents for client meetings, mediations, arbitrations, court conferences, depositions, trials, etc.)
  • Maintain physical legal files, including originals.
  • Maintain and organize electronic case files, including ensuring all documents filed, served and collected are downloaded and saved appropriately.
  • Assist as needed with document productions, including document organization and Bates stamping.

  • Answer phone for firm's main line, as needed.
  • Process, scan and distribute the firm's mail, as needed.
