Beach Cities ENTS is seeking a fellowship-trained laryngologist to assume and expand an established, high-volume laryngology practice beginning in 2026. 

This is a rare, turnkey laryngology opportunity with day-one volume , a mature referral network, and a direct handoff from a departing fellowship-trained laryngologist who has built a full, thriving subspecialty practice within our group. 

THE OPPORTUNITY 

  • Immediate transition into a full laryngology patient census 
  • Established regional referral base from ENTs, PCPs, speech pathologists, and professional voice users 
  • Continuity of care supported by an intentional handoff from the departing laryngologist • Opportunity to own, shape, and expand the laryngology service line long-term 

This position is not a general ENT role with “some laryngology.”
