Cleveland Clinic Express Care Clinics provide no appointment necessary, walk-in medical convenience for common acute health problems. Under the direction of a registered nurse, physician, optometrist and/or podiatrist, you will perform patient care activities and complete required documentation for patients of all ages.

A caregiver in this position works 11:00am to 8:00pm out of orientation and then 8:00am to 4:00pm on every third weekend as well as potential floating to provide coverage.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

• Collect and document objective and subjective data and observations about patients.
• Complete nursing assessments and report all data.
• Implement the current nursing care plan, medication or treatment and communicate patients' responses.
• Observe patients for adverse reactions to medications or treatments.
• Perform routine laboratory tests.
• Educate patients and family members.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• Graduate of an approved school of Practical Nursing
• Current Ohio license as a Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

• One year of patient care experience

Physical Requirements:

• Requires full body motion to move and lift patients, manual finger dexterity with good hand-eye coordination, involves extensive standing walking and occasional lifting.
• Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
• Requires working under stressful conditions or working irregular hours.
• Requires some exposure to communicable diseases or body fluids.
• Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
• Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work.

Personal Protective Equipment:

• Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $23.25

Maximum hourly: $33.50

Warehouse/Will Call associates at Famous Supply are responsible for warehouse tasks and oversee the Will Call Counter.

Our Express Will Call Counter is where customers pick up orders that have been placed ahead of time. We guarantee that if a customer calls in an order, we will have it ready for pick-up in less than 30 minutes. Will Call associates at Famous Supply are responsible for ensuring those orders are fulfilled and ready for pick-up in a timely manner.

Note: Famous Supply warehouse associates will handle large products such as water heaters, furnaces and showers.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring product is handled with care to prevent damage
• Attention to detail to ensure warehouse tasks listed above are done accurately
• Keeping warehouse clean, neat and organized
• Urgently picking Will Call orders to meet our commitment to customers
• Attention to detail to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately
• Servicing customers at the Will Call counter to get them their orders in a timely manner
• Keeping Will Call area clean, neat and organized

Warehouse Tasks

• Unloading trucks
• Receiving material
• Put-away of material
• Picking customer orders
• Staging customer orders for delivery
• Loading customer delivery trucks

Required Experience and Skills

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand on feet for majority of an 8 hour day
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience and Skills

• Forklift experience
• Building industry experience and requisite product knowledge
• Experience working in a warehouse
• Experience using RF Scanners

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Inspect, clean, and maintain inventory items including dishware, glassware, tableware, furniture, linens, and cooking/catering equipment.
• Utilize machine-based and manual cleaning methods.
• Use carts, dollies, and pallet jacks to transport products.
• Organize, stage, and pack equipment/items.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Work conditions:

• Work is performed in a well-lit, clean warehouse setting, in which some areas may not be heated or air-conditioned.
• Clothing may get wet when operating machinery or moving items.
• Handle cleaning products in accordance with company safety policies.
• Safety is a priority proper safety equipment and training is provided.
• Expect physical demands including bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
• Frequently lift/move up to 25 lbs. and occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs. with proper lifting techniques.

Schedule & pay:

• Pay: $15 $17 per hour based on experience.
• Shift: Monday Friday from 7:30am 4:00pm.
• Seasonal position: Our busiest months run from April through October. However, there is potential for long-term employment based on factors such as attendance, performance, and business needs.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Proficiency in the English language (written and verbal) is required.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically capable of standing, lifting, and performing repetitive movements in a warehouse environment.
