Job DetailsFusion Medical Staffing is seeking a ICU RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. Required Qualifications:- One year of recent experience as an ICU RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) and ACLS (AHA/ARC) certifications
- Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification
- TNCC, NIHSS certification
- Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position
The ICU Registered Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive, critical care to patients in the intensive care unit. This role encompasses assessing and monitoring critically ill patients, operating life-support equipment, administering advanced treatments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams. The position requires strong critical care skills, advanced clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and professional ethics in high-acuity settings.
Essential Work Functions:- Assess and monitor critically ill patients, recognizing and responding to subtle changes in patient condition
- Administer complex medications and treatments in accordance with approved critical care nursing techniques
- Operate and manage advanced life support equipment
- Ensure patient safety and comfort in high-acuity ICU environments, addressing physical and emotional needs
- Record significant conditions, reactions, and interventions, notifying the appropriate provider of changes in patient status
- Perform and interpret advanced hemodynamic monitoring, including arterial lines, central venous pressure, and pulmonary artery catheters
- Accurately document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record in a timely manner to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards
- Provide education to patients and families regarding the ICU environment, treatments, and recovery expectations
- Communicate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care
- Maintain proficiency in critical care procedures and technologies through ongoing education and training
- Adhere to strict infection control protocols to protect immunocompromised patients and reduce risks
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance ICU patient outcomes and operational efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned within scope
- Adhere to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills
- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and proficiency in PC skills
- Physical Abilities - Must be able to remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), push, pull, and bend
- Interpersonal Skills - Must be able to work effectively with a variety of personnel (professional and ancillary) to present a positive attitude and professionalism
- Technical/Motor Skills - Must have the ability to grasp, perform fine manipulation, push/pull, and move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment
- Mental Requirements - Must be able to cope with frequent contact with the general public and customers while meeting deadlines under pressure. Must be able to work under close supervision occasionally, as well as working without assistance from other personnel. Must be able to contend with irregular activity schedules occasionally and continuous concentration to detail

Reporting to the General Manager the IT Manufacturing Systems Analyst will help to support and optimize our manufacturing operations through effective use of our information technology systems. This position will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing and supporting IT systems critical to our production environment, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and data integrity.

- Serve as a primary point of contact and subject matter expert for IT-related issues and projects within the manufacturing environment.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business goals and accordingly plan system roadmap and strategy.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and other cross-functional teams to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Analyze existing manufacturing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement, optimization, and automation.
- Participate in the selection, implementation, and configuration of new manufacturing systems, including ERP, MES, PLM, and other related applications.
- Manage relationships with vendors for new and existing software to optimize existing functions and identify new IT solutions that continue to meet the needs of the business.
- Act as a liaison between business groups and IT teams to discover, plan and coordinate IT projects and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, configurations, and user guides.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for manufacturing systems, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans for system implementations, upgrades, and modifications.
- Participate in training end-users on manufacturing systems and processes.
- Ensure data integrity and security within manufacturing systems.

Requirements
Education:
Bachelorβs degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Systems Analyst or in a similar IT role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, such as production planning, shop floor control, quality management, and supply chain.
- Experience with one or more enterprise-level manufacturing systems (e.g., ERP - SAP, Workwise, Microsoft Dynamics; MES; PLM).
- Proven ability to plan and execute transition between old and new business systems and processes as needed.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Sterility Assurance Technician
Location: LKC site in Pleasant Prairie, WI
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 month contract to hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in qualification and validation activities related to bioburden control strategies for facilities and equipment.
- Execute routine sterility assurance activites
- Support media fill simulations and provide documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Analyze and interpret environmental monitoring data, identifying trends and potential risks to product quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot contamination events and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting of sterility assurance results.
Qualifications:
- Experience in qualification or validation activities supporting contamination control measures in manufacturing facilities or equipment.
- Comprehensive understanding of aseptic techniques, either through hands-on operational experience or involvement in media fill processes.
- Prior experience participating in media fill simulations in a regulated environment.

Visual Inspection Associate
Duration: 6 month contract, potential for extension or conversion
Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI
Shift: 3rd shift 10PM-630AM
Position Overview:
The Operator β Visual Inspection will work at our client's Manufacturing site in Kenosha County WI, where parenteral products for domestic and international markets are manufactured and packaged. The primary purpose of this role is to safely inspect high-quality pharmaceutical products in accordance with site standards and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) within controlled facilities.
This position requires operation of various automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment, as well as performance of manual inspections. The operator is responsible for ensuring product quality while demonstrating a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
β’ Adhere to Parenteral Manufacturing safety policies and procedures and contribute to a safe work environment.
β’ Set up and operate non-aseptic manufacturing processes, including automated and semi-automated inspection equipment in controlled facilities.
β’ Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), cGMP requirements, and safety policies and procedures.
β’ Accurately document process steps using appropriate batch documentation systems (paper and electronic).
β’ Participate in department meetings, team-building activities, and training programs.
β’ Provide input into department SOPs and training materials as needed.
β’ Maintain accountability for working safely and supporting all site and corporate health and safety goals.

Our sales team is highly collaborative and works together towards a common goal. The Sales Associate would work out of our manufactured home community, Westwood Estates, located in Pleasant Prairie, WI. The position is going to be hourly, with a commission piece attached to the compensation.
Your job will include:
- Selling, processing, and closing homes in accordance with company business plans.
- Showing homes and highlighting the features and benefits of the homes and the community. Approximately 85% of your time will be spent showing homes.
- Adhering to the companyβs selling philosophy when serving our customers while utilizing all selling and organizational tools provided to include accompanying them through model homes, undecorated models (which may be at various stages of construction), and/or available homesites.
- Providing timely and consistent follow-through with current customers from initial contact to after closing. Records must be maintained of all communication.
