In Texas, there is a judicial process for validating the Gestational Contract (the contract between the intended parents and the surrogate). - Graduated from a recognized surgical technology program or currently enrolled in and expected to graduate from a recognized surgical technology program within nine (9) months of hire or has successfully completed military training in surgical technology is required. Responsibilities
Lead onsite occupational health services, providing nursing assessments, treatment, triage, referrals, and follow up for both work related and non work related injuries and illnesses.
Manage workers' compensation cases, including work relatedness determination, coordination with carriers and providers, and support throughout treatment and recovery.
Oversee return to work processes, including fit for duty evaluations, safe job placement recommendations, and follow up to ensure successful reintegration and reduced injury risk.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, FMLA, ADA, company policies, and other health and safety regulations.
Administer key health and safety programs such as drug and alcohol testing, hearing conservation, emergency response readiness, and required employee safety training.

Supports workload surges and catastrophe (CAT) response operations as needed, including mandatory on-call dates and potential evening, weekend, and/or holiday work outside normal work hours.
May be assigned CAT deployment travel with minimal notice during designated CATs.
