The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the delivery of products to customers in a safe and timely manner. They will be in charge of loading and unloading goods from vehicles and verifying the quantities of goods received and dispatched. The successful candidate will also manage the warehouse and keep track of inventories. This involves organizing and storing products, as well as quality control and regular auditing.
They must adhere to all safety protocols and conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure the safe operation of their assigned vehicle.
- Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise
- Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards
- Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer. May also assist in counting of physical inventory
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat, Sweep and dust. Organizes warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times

Summary: The responsibilities of the Senior Maintenance Technician will be distributed broadly across several functional areas supported by Engineering. Primary responsibilities will include maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance of process equipment and conveyor systems, automation training, support, and troubleshooting; Facilities moves/additions/changes; support of Engineering and CI initiatives and projects; Facilities coordination; site security; site safety and 5S. Position will operate on-site and in an on-call capacity.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Meet Facilities quarterly performance metrics targets and departmental goals.
- Perform preventive maintenance on process equipment, conveyor systems and building equipment.
- Performs Installation and startup of mechanical and/or electrical equipment and systems.
- Identification of spare parts, highlighting critical spare parts, and maintaining efficient inventory levels of spare parts.
- Completion of service ticket requests and work order assignments production equipment and some building equipment.
- Perform repairs on mechanical equipment, conveyor systems, electrical systems and controls, including SATO printers, Stream feeder inserters and box erecting/sealing equipment.
- Work directly with Plant Facilities Management and Asurion IT Department to execute changes, moves and/or expansions of departments and workspaces.
- Assist Supervisor/Manager with managing vendors, holding them accountable for work requested.
- Installation of pneumatic piping, tubing, actuators, valves, and pneumatic systems as well as electrical conduit, wiring and controls.
- Overtime and/or extended work hours will be required to include on call.
- Observe all applicable safe job practices and fully comply with Asurion Safety Policy.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.
- Responsible for programming, repairing, and maintaining automated machinery or computer systems. In charge of testing and troubleshooting automated systems to ensure smooth process flow and understanding.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or GED
- Associates degree or Post-Secondary Technical School preferred.
- 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a technical machine repair function, that includes machine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing of high-speed packaging equipment, and highly automated equipment and production lines.
- Detail oriented individual with good organizational skills, and proven ability to initiate priorities based on general guidelines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks within established deadlines.
- Intermediate level of knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Basic PLC experience, including Allen Bradley RS Logix, Control Logix or similar software for troubleshooting of PLC controlled systems.
- Working knowledge of mechanical power transmission, gearing, sheaves, shafts and bearings.

- Working knowledge of 120/208 single phase vac electric power distribution and circuits; basic knowledge of 480 vac 3 Phase power distribution and transformers.
- Working knowledge of motors and motor controls including 3 phase and single-phase AC motors, DC stepper motors, 3 phase motor starters and AC variable frequency drives.
- Working knowledge of pneumatics including actuators, valves, and pneumatic print interpretation.
- Read and interpret mechanical design and machine drawings, electrical design drawings and wiring schematics.
- Safe practices using basic machine shop equipment: drill press, band saw, grinders, belt sanders.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA general industry regulations on electrical safety (lockout/tag out).
- Welding experience-SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, Oxy/Acetylene Cutting.
- Safely operate forklifts to move equipment and related components.

Senior Analyst, uBreakiFix Supply Chain
ROLE PURPOSE
The uBreakiFix (UBIF) Supply Chain Senior Analyst is a key contributor who helps unlock insights and assists in driving strategy and execution for our network of uBreakiFix stores. They will act as a subject matter expert on inventory for the projects they are assigned informing key stakeholders with the knowledge they need for decisions and ongoing operations while also helping to execute on tasks to preserve inventory integrity.
Accordingly, we are looking for an all-around analyst that is comfortable operating in Excel on a daily basis, supplemented by PowerBI and other data sources. Someone who is curious, creative, and passionate about delivering powerful insights to inform the business as well as taking a hand in shaping outcomes will thrive in this role. This role requires someone who is hands-on and willing to roll up their sleeves to learn and adapt to an ever-changing set of requirements, processes, and systems with an expectation to also help teach others. Supply Chain Planning Manager
Primary Function:
The Manager position will be responsible for leading a team that is responsible for gathering assumptions and data sets across multiple clients and functions to developing & produce inventory readouts, future inventory forecasts & E&O risks for the Asurion Supply Chain organization. The position will also work to understand our inventory performance, outlook, and work to mitigate E&O risk by proactively identifying opportunities to maximize inventory utilization across the network.
This will include assembling and making recommendations for potential liquidation efforts. The Manager position will lead and guide the team in the short and long-term direction for plans to drive profitability through increased utilization of remanufactured equipment, while ensuring product availability for claims fulfillment.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing & leading a team of Sr Analyst/Analyst employees by establishing a High Performing Team environment, with continual coaching and feedback to employees.
- Responsible for assembling data, analyzing, and assembling executive level presentations on inventory performance across multiple clients and business units, while understanding future forecast/inventory outlook for the next ~12 months
- Analyzes Excess and Obsolescence outlook, providing financial reserve recommendations and liquidation recommendations
- Ability to identify, understand and communicate Month over Month changes cross functionally
- Identify and recommend opportunities to reduce inventory position across the Asurion network and increase inventory utilization
- Help Sr. analyst as needed analyze and provide weekly readout/outlook on reman performance vs. plan
- Recommend and coordinate continuous improvement opportunities within the Planning Shared Services department
- Coordinate cross functional liquidation efforts to ensure successful outcome
- Coordinate cross functionally with various groups on strategic decisions related to inventory, E&O & reman performance
