*** Job Details Responsibilities: Document and update the status of all case files in the case management system Delegate tasks and manage a team of litigation paralegals, legal assistants, personal injury paralegals, case managers, and legal secretary Review, modify, and draft motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, claims, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents Negotiate suitable agreements and settle on the clientsβ behalf when appropriate Evaluate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients accordingly Qualifications:
