ResponsibilitiesCapital Health Medical Center - Hopewell, located in beautiful Pennington, NJ, is seeking an experienced neonatologist to join our well-established team of six physicians. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, highquality environment within a thriving regional perinatal center.
Position Highlights
30-bed Level III NICU and regional perinatal center with an average daily census of 17
Approximately 3,700 deliveries and 400+ NICU admissions annually
Flexible schedule including a combination of 24-hour in-house coverage and 10-hour day shifts, with backup call from home
Advanced services including HFOV, nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia
Teaching involvement with observational learners currently on site; Family Medicine residents began NICU rotations in 2023, with an OB/GYN residency program planned

The Orthopedic Surgeon is responsible for providing comprehensive musculoskeletal care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role includes the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of orthopedic conditions through medical management, surgical intervention, and rehabilitative services. The Orthopedic Surgeon will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
Opportunity Details:
Provide expert evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic orthopedic conditions.
Perform surgical procedures including fracture care, joint reconstruction, arthroscopy, soft-tissue procedures, and other orthopedic interventions within scope of training.
Interpret imaging studies including X-rays, MRI, CT, and ultrasound.
Provide non-operative management where appropriate, including injections, bracing, and physical therapy recommendations.
Participate in shared call coverage for orthopedic emergencies and trauma cases.
Document all clinical encounters in a timely and accurate manner per hospital and regulatory standards.

The Department of Neurology at Capital Health is recruiting for a full-time Headache Specialist role. The physician will provide outpatient general Neurology services at the Institute’s office practice as part of our team. The physician will work collaboratively with the other members of the neurology, neurosurgery and neuropsychology team, as well as providers in the healthcare system’s primary care network and multi-specialty practices – all part of Capital Health Medical Group.
Candidate will be expected to deliver exceptional clinical care, be part of the organization’s quality initiatives, and participate in educational programs. Opportunities for research are available. The ideal candidate will be looking to contribute to the hospital’s strategic growth in the area of Headache and the Neurosciences program.

This role includes outpatient clinic, inpatient consultative services, emergency call coverage, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
Opportunity Details:
- Diagnose and manage a full spectrum of hand and upper extremity conditions, including traumatic injuries, degenerative disorders, congenital anomalies, nerve conditions, and soft-tissue pathologies.
- Perform surgical interventions including, but not limited to, fracture fixation, tendon and nerve repairs, arthroplasty, reconstructive procedures, microvascular surgery, and arthroscopy.
- Provide non-operative management when appropriate (injections, splinting, therapy referral, conservative care).
- Evaluate patients in outpatient clinic and supervise follow-up care.
- Provide inpatient consults and emergency department evaluations related to hand and upper extremity pathology.
- Participate in shared call rotation for hand/upper-extremity emergencies.
- Work collaboratively with orthopedic surgeons, plastic surgeons, primary care physicians, occupational/hand therapists, radiologists, and hospital staff.
- Communicate treatment plans clearly with patients, families, and referring providers.
- Document clinical encounters accurately and timely in the EMR
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and practice standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, morbidity & mortality conferences, and peer review as required.
- Ensure adherence to evidence-based practice and clinical guidelines.
- Provide education to residents, medical students, and advanced practice providers as appropriate.
- Participate in continuing medical education and maintain board certification.
- Attend departmental meetings, committees, and other administrative functions as assigned.
- Assist in development of new clinical programs, care pathways, or service line growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
- Completion of an accredited residency in Orthopedic Surgery or Plastic Surgery.
- Completion of a Hand Surgery Fellowship.
Licensure & Certification
- Board certified or board eligible in Orthopedic Surgery or Plastic Surgery.

Position Overview
The Project Manager – US Field Medical Capabilities will provide operational and project management support for the Medical Engagement Excellence (MedEngageX) team. This role is responsible for coordinating projects, managing meetings and training initiatives, maintaining communication tools, and supporting key business processes across multiple therapeutic areas.
The position plays a critical role in ensuring efficient project execution, streamlined workflows, and effective cross-functional collaboration under the guidance of the team supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Operational Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative and project management coordination for the MedEngageX team.
- Plan and manage multiple projects, meetings, and departmental initiatives.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, scheduling, agendas, documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain project trackers and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
- Partner with MedEngageX leadership to identify opportunities to improve workflows, standardize processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities where technology or AI solutions can improve productivity and streamline processes.
Congress & Booth Operations
- Coordinate Congress booth staffing, scheduling, and priority coverage with MedEngageX Directors and Field Medical teams.
- Assist in developing training materials and executive summaries for congress events.
- Establish centralized communication channels such as Microsoft Teams and OneNote for congress activities.
- Support post-congress follow-ups, including collecting session summaries, coordinating debrief sessions, and distributing key updates.
- Manage meeting logistics and reservations to ensure smooth operations during congress events.
- Support planning sessions with US Field Medical teams.
Medical Insights Support
- Coordinate Medical Insights meetings and conference calls.
- Maintain and update Medical Insights presentation decks.
- Assist with compiling and distributing call notes and insights summaries.
- Maintain and update therapeutic area distribution lists.
Clinical Trials Support
- Maintain clinical trial communication distribution lists and tracking tools.
- Support project coordination for priority clinical trials when needed.
SharePoint & System Support
- Maintain MedEngageX resources within SharePoint and Veeva Portal.
- Ensure version control, accessibility, and organized documentation across therapeutic areas.
- Support collaboration with Global Strategy & Operations teams for system updates and content management.
Intern Support
- Serve as a secondary point of contact for summer interns, helping them understand internal processes and the MedEngageX function.
Event Logistics Management
- Provide logistical support for US MedEngageX meetings and internal events.
- Assist in creating engaging communication materials such as podcasts, narrated presentations, videos, and interactive content.
- Support storage, archiving, and documentation management across MedEngageX platforms such as SharePoint and Vault.
Additional Responsibilities
- Conduct business in alignment with values and policies.
- Complete all required SOPs and training requirements within designated timelines.
- Maintain flexibility and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Assist in training new team members and supporting onboarding activities.

Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, administrative coordination, or operations support.
- Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare environments is preferred.
- Strong experience coordinating meetings, projects, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
