We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled professional to contribute to our dynamic team. You will be the first point of contact to meet with our insureds, explain coverage, estimate damages, and help them through the claims process while providing Remarkable service.    

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site inspections and assessments of property damages for both residential and commercial claims
  • Collaborate with policyholders, insurance agents, and other involved parties to gather information and resolve claims efficiently 
  • May occasionally require interacting with parties who express strong emotions or concerns about ongoing inspections or claim resolutions 
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

Qualifications

Competitive candidates must demonstrate:

  • Experience as a Property Field Inspection Claim Specialist in the insurance industry, specifically in property claims
  • Strong knowledge of property insurance policies, coverage and claim handling practices
  • Knowledge of both residential and commercial building construction
  • Familiarity with local regulations and compliance requirements in your assigned territory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, agents, and other stakeholders
  • Proven effective communication skills to handle difficult/emotional conversations with a customer-minded focus
  • Proven ability to assess damages, estimate repair costs, and negotiate settlements
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficient in using claims management software and other relevant tools

Role Summary/Purpose



The Production Supervisor at PCX Aerosystems Santa Ana, CA will lead daily operations in one of several departments at the plant to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Assignments may include time in the machine shop, assembly, test, overhaul and fuel tank departments. This role will lead a team of hourly production employees to meet orProexceed production, safety, quality goals and delivery goals while maintaining positive employee relations.

The Sr Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for the technical development, oversight and improvement of manufacturing processes within the area of responsibility. This individual will lead process optimization, technical problem-solving, and cross-functional manufacturing initiatives. Essential Responsibilities




  • Develop, release, and maintain detailed technical work instructions for the manufacture and repair of aerospace metallic structures and assemblies, ensuring full compliance with customer(s) engineering definition and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with CNC Programming group to develop and implement manufacturing plan for complex metallic machined components/assemblies.
  • Provide advanced technical support to Quality and Operations teams to achieve site-level Safety, Cost, Quality, and Delivery (SCQD) objectives; act as a primary escalation point for complex manufacturing issues.
  • Partner with Purchasing and Sales during the quoting process to define manufacturing approach, assess technical risk, establish labor standards, and ensure cost competitiveness.
  • Establish and validate operational standard hours using time studies and process analysis; drive accuracy in routing and capacity planning assumptions.
  • Review engineering drawings, specifications, and model-based definitions to ensure manufacturability; translate design requirements into controlled shop-floor documentation.

The Environmental Health & Safety Manager (EHS) is responsible to ensure compliance with all safety rules and regulations, the physical security of all company locations, and to assist individuals to be in compliance. This position is responsible for ensuring company is in compliance with all agencies (DOT, OSHA, NFPA, and EPA) regulations, training, and any other requirements by such agencies, our insurance companies, and company requirements.   • Serve on local safety committees; review and discus safety needs, provide updates, training, DOT, Hazmat, OSHA and related safety and compliance information.
  • Implement and manage a comprehensive safety training program base on OSHA and industry specific requirements.
  • Manage the workplace ergonomics program, active response and adjustments result in negating any mandatory program requirements.

Description

The Quality Inspector is responsible for the inspection, documentation, and certification of critical components throughout the production process, including parts subject to flight safety requirements. This role ensures compliance with AS9100, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements through precise measurement and rigorous recordkeeping.



Essential Duties & Responsibilities:



Performs various inspection activities utilizing precision inspection equipment at all phases of product manufacturing. Uses GD&T concepts, customer supplied specifications, and internal standards, to ensure compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, and other regulatory requirements.



Pay Range: $30.00 to $36.00 per hour



Position Requirements

  • Read and understand complex engineering drawings to determine dimensions and tolerance specifications
  • Compare recorded measurements to blueprint dimensions and tolerances and notify specified persons of discrepancies using NCF and MRB process
  • Familiarity with the use of various inspection and measurement equipment, i.e. CMM, FARO Arm, Borescope, Optical Comparator, etc. preferred
  • Strong understanding of units of measure and applicability to GD&T principles
  • Must be self-motivated and able to adjust to a dynamic work environment and tempo while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong professional ethics combined with the ability to function well on teams.



  • Experience in aerospace manufacturing or similarly regulated industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with performing various inspection activities to include, i.e., 1st piece, in-process, final inspections
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Knowledgeable of MS Word, and Excel
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in the operation of CMM's preferred (Mitutoyo/Metris/Zeiss)
  • Familiarity with operation/programming of FARO arm preferred

We are seeking a talented Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is central to our growth strategy, providing a 360-degree view of the customer journey—from initial ad impression to final checkout and long-term loyalty. You will optimize our digital footprint by blending paid media analytics with deep-dive ecommerce insights and site behavior analysis.

Additionally, this role will play a critical part in advancing our CRM and loyalty strategy by delivering actionable insights on retention, customer lifetime value (LTV), and incremental revenue performance.


A day in the life, what you’ll be doing:

Paid Media & Attribution

  • Performance Deep-Dives: Conduct in-depth analysis of paid media campaigns (Social, Search, Video, Affiliate) to evaluate effectiveness and identify trends.
  • Develop and maintain a structured testing roadmap to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Advanced Attribution: Maintain and evolve attribution models to accurately credit marketing touchpoints and optimize cross-channel spend.
  • Vendor & Platform Management: Be the primary point-of-contact for vendors related to analysis and measurement and owner of related platforms.

Ecommerce & Site Analytics

  • On-Site Behavior: Analyze the end-to-end customer journey to identify friction points in the conversion funnel, from landing pages to checkout.
  • Product & Merchandising Insights: Collaborate with the ecommerce team to report on product performance, category trends, and the impact of site promotions.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure tracking tags (GTM/GA4) and pixels are firing correctly to maintain a high standard of data accuracy across all platforms.

CRM & Loyalty Strategy

  • Retention & LTV: Analyze customer segments to understand purchasing patterns, churn risks, and opportunities to increase Customer Lifetime Value.
  • Incrementality Testing: Design and analyze "hold-out" tests to measure the true incremental revenue driven by email, SMS, and loyalty rewards.
  • Loyalty Program Health: Monitor the performance of our loyalty program, providing insights on member engagement and the ROI of tiered incentives.

Testing & Optimization

  • CRO Roadmap: Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests focused on both ad creatives and on-site elements (e.g., product detail pages, navigation, and cart flow).
  • Actionable Insights: Translate complex data into "so-what" insights for cross-functional stakeholders in Marketing, Merchandising, and Tech.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency.


What it takes to Join:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
  • Proficiency in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
