About The Role


We have a great opportunity for a Production Supervisor to join our talented team. The chosen candidate will organize and control Production (Production) at a tna Manufacturing site to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to the required quality standard.

Key responsibilities


  • Ensure the Factory Floor’s compliance with all local Health and Safety (OHSA) Regulations
  • Product quality is to the required standard
  • The on-time delivery of all customer orders
  • Labour times/costs incurred for each job do not exceed target times
  • Inventory Value is within target limits
  • Effective man management on the factory floor.
  • Efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including Production, Purchasing, Stores, Logistics, Engineering and Finance
  • Monitor the production schedule and capacity plan required to meet customer delivery requirements. When required make recommendations for the addition or reduction of production heads.
  • Review production labor booked against routed times and overall job budget to ensure budgeted Manufacturing margins are being achieved.
  • Monitor product quality and implement documented corrective and preventative actions for identify problems

Qualification and Experience

  • 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a low volume production environment involving complex engineering products is almost mandatory
  • Lean Manufacturing experience and knowledge is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree would be an advantage – business administration, management engineering, industrial technology.

We are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial Sourcing Analyst to support sourcing strategy and cost planning activities within specialty sport categories. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional partners including Product Creation, Finance, Supply Planning, Materials, and Manufacturing teams to drive sourcing excellence and achieve profitability targets.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. This role is well suited for someone with product creation and manufacturing knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across functions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sport-focused sourcing strategies
  • Manage cost planning processes to ensure margin and profitability targets are achieved
  • Partner with Finance to establish style-level cost targets
  • Support factory allocation decisions and sourcing analysis
  • Conduct costing analysis and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Support the global sourcing process from strategic planning to seasonal execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to balance cost, margin, and product requirements
  • Support specialty categories such as Cricket, Basketball special projects, and Olympic sideline products

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Textiles, Supply Chain, or related field
  • (or 2 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sourcing, supply chain, product creation, or manufacturing
  • Knowledge of apparel and/or footwear manufacturing and textiles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail with ability to manage ambiguity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholder groups

Top Must-Have Skills

  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, calculations)
  • Strong retail math knowledge
  • Data-driven analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation/deck-building skills
  • Experience in apparel/footwear supply chain
  • Experience working in cross-functional matrix organizations
