We are partnering with a leading aerospace and defense manufacturer seeking a Senior Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison between the organization and key customers. This role is responsible for managing strategic customer relationships while coordinating internally across production, quality, planning, and logistics to ensure orders are delivered on time and aligned with contractual expectations - not a sales or BD focused role.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in account management, program management, demand planning, inside sales, or customer support within a manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace or defense
- Experience developing quotes, pricing models, and business cases aligned with company financial objectives
- Experience reviewing and interpreting customer contracts and purchase order terms
- Familiarity with government contracting requirements (FAR/DFAR) preferred
- Familiarity with AS9100 or regulated manufacturing environments preferred

Job Overview

About the Role
The Demand Planner supports the end-to-end planning process across demand, supply, and inventory to ensure products are produced and available to meet business needs efficiently. - Lead the S&OP process and ensure forecast, production, and inventory data are accurate and updated.
- Communicate plan changes across Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure alignment on volume, timing, and priorities.
- Maintain ongoing visibility to demand shifts and operational constraints; escalate issues and recommend adjustments.
Inventory Management & Allocation
- Maintain SKU-level visibility across production and 3PL warehouse locations.
- Optimize inventory allocation by channel to balance service levels and cost.
- Partner with Supply Chain and Purchasing to ensure timely purchasing of ingredients and packaging.
Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Analyze historical sales, trends, and seasonality to improve forecast accuracy and planning reliability.
- Track and report key planning metrics, including forecast accuracy and service levels.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance planning efficiency and data accuracy.
- Support system and reporting enhancements within ERP or planning tools.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in demand or supply planning, production scheduling, or S&OP coordination within food & beverage, CPG, or manufacturing.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
- Experience managing planning processes across multiple SKUs and channels preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a bias for action.
- Ability to balance short-term priorities with long-term planning needs.
- Exceptional organization and planning skills.

Brand Creative & Digital Marketing Team

This position is part of the Sony Pictures Television – Game Show Group and sits within the Brand Creative & Digital Marketing team. As a Graphic Designer for our team, you will have the opportunity to work on legendary IPs like Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune, along with associated sub-brands. You may also have the chance to work on up-and-coming projects, like shows in our development pipeline, plus help support our Licensing & Brand Partnerships team. The Graphic Designer, Game Shows reports to the Executive Creative Director, Game Shows and the Senior Manager of Creative Operations & Production. The Graphic Designer concepts and executes strategic design solutions primarily for social and digital asset creation, in addition to other projects e.g. logos, show graphics packages, print installations, etc. Must be able to work as a team member, but also be a resourceful self-starter. See projects from concept through execution with a fair amount of autonomy. Projects include, but are not limited to: emails, microsites, EPKs, social content, landing pages, retouching talent/contestant imagery, and banner ads. In addition to various website deliverables, this person will be helping to support across primary social and digital channels for Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy! This includes Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter/X, and Pinterest. Must posses a deep understanding of traditional graphic design, plus static, video, and animated asset production, and best practices for social and digital assets. This person is a great communicator and is punctual. Raises hands if there are any concerns around capacity and/or deadlines. They maintain an efficient workflow and process and promptly communicates any issues regarding design and production to management. Manages assets and archives projects accordingly, understands delivery, and has the ability to respond to business demands in a fast-paced environment. Presents a positive and professional attitude to stakeholders and co-workers. Maintains familiarity with social and digital design trends and the relevance of fast and slow trends. Exhibits an innate sense of curiosity.
Work Experience Requirements
- 3-4 years in social and/or digital environment
- Television/broadcast media, agency and/or content studio experience is required
- Proficient working knowledge of Abobe Creative Suite required; PowerPoint and/or Keynote experience is a plus.
- Ability to juggle shifting deadlines, manage projects from concept through execution with little-to-no supervision.
- Excellent compositing skills, typography, color correction, retouching required
- Familiarity with a wide range of design deliverables across print, web, digital, experiential, broadcast is a plus
- 2D motion design skills is a plus
- Animation is a plus
