The Washington Campus is seeking a Program Assistant to join its Washington, D.C., team. The Washington Campus is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) higher education organization that provides intensive educational programs in managing business, public affairs, and public policy for Executive MBA, MBA, and other graduate and professional students (MAcc, MSF, MPP, MPA, MPH, etc.) from its various partner schools. Most programs bring participants to Washington, D.C., for 3-5 days for experiential learning from world-class expert practitioner faculty speakers from inside and outside government. Applicants for the Program Assistant position should possess a completed bachelor degree. The Program Assistant position initially is an hourly position, with the potential to develop into a full-time salaried staff position if/as individual performance and organizational needs indicate. The Campus’ program staff help organize and run all educational programs. Junior staff coordinate with and support senior program staff as well as with faculty speakers. Position Overview
Jesuit Elementary Catholic School seeks a mission-driven and collaborative educational leader to serve as Assistant Principal for grades 5–8. The Assistant Principal (AP) – located in the Upper School building – is the primary administrative leader of the Upper School (US) and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Upper School. The AP will serve as the primary point of contact for US parents and the primary support for US teachers. The Assistant Principal partners with the Principal and school administrative team, faculty, and staff, to advance academic excellence, strengthen Catholic identity, and uphold the Jesuit mission of the school. This leader will provide instructional leadership, faculty mentorship, and active participation in the faith life of the school community.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Leadership
- Develop and manage the master class schedule for grades 5–8
- Create and coordinate faculty duty schedules
- Ensure effective course alignment and instructional continuity
- Serve as lead point of contact for standardized testing
- Ensures timely and accurate production of student report cards and progress reports, including electronic posting of assignments and grades
- All administrators in the building are expected to teach at least one section of a course, which will be determined in consultation with the candidate.
Faculty Support & Mentorship
- Mentor and support Upper School teachers through coaching, classroom observation, and professional growth initiatives
- Assist in teacher evaluation and professional development planning
- Foster a collaborative, mission-centered faculty culture
- Assist in hiring Upper School faculty
Curriculum Oversight
- Provide leadership and oversight for the school’s mathematics curriculum
- Ensure alignment with diocesan standards and best instructional practices
- Lead curriculum review, assessment analysis, and continuous improvement efforts
Faith Leadership & Catholic Identity
- Serve as an active leader in the Catholic faith life of the school
- Participate in and help coordinate school Masses, prayer services, retreats, and other faith experiences
- Support the integration of Catholic and Jesuit values throughout the academic program
Student Life & Administration
- Support student discipline and formation in alignment with Catholic values
- Promote a safe, structured, and faith-filled learning environment
- Assist the Principal and Lower School Assistant Principal in daily operations and strategic initiatives, including standing in for the principal as needed should the principal be unavailable
- Under the direction of the principal, coordinates emergency drills in the Upper School building and ensures Emergency routes are posted and US faculty and staff have a clear understanding of procedures
- Serves as primary point of Administrative contact for technology, especially as related to standardized testing
Parish and Community Engagement
- Serve, as needed, on parish-wide committees and initiatives
- Assist in admissions, marketing, development, and other school-wide initiatives
- Collaborate with school and parish leadership to strengthen community engagement
- Serve on safety and security leadership team for all school initiatives
Qualifications
- Practicing Catholic committed to Jesuit educational values
- Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field preferred
- Administrative certification (or eligibility) preferred
- Minimum of 5 years teaching experience; middle school experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Duties and Responsibilities, not limited to the following:
Campus Support
- Perform front desk responsibilities, maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
- Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information to the public about Levine programs, locations, and services.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of programs, classes, and events featured on the Levine website.
- Check voicemail regularly and return calls promptly.
- Maintain and update the room reservation schedule.
- Provide support to campus faculty, including maintaining phone lists, submitting piano tuning requests, updating mailboxes, and assisting with event setups as needed.
- Offer basic administrative support for technology questions and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with day, weekend, and part‑time front desk staff to ensure substitute coverage for vacations, sick days, and vacancies.
Event Support
- Set up, attend, and provide on‑site support for concerts, student recitals, and special events.
- Organize event logistics, including equipment, warm‑up rooms, and other site needs for studio recitals, master classes, lectures, and jams.
- Create programs for student recitals.
- Assist with campus events and programs during assigned evenings and weekends.
Part‑Time Work Schedule
- Monday’s: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Tuesday’s: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Wednesday’s: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
Program Planning & Execution
- Support the planning and execution of domestic and international programs, including logistics, travel coordination, participant communications, and on-site support
- Assist with agenda development, briefing materials, and run-of-show documents
- Track timelines, deliverables, and follow-up actions to ensure programs are executed on schedule and within budget
Participant & Stakeholder Engagement
- Serve as a primary point of contact for program participants before, during, and after engagements

Data, Tracking & Institutional Knowledge

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; coursework in international affairs, security studies, political science, or a related field preferred

Job Description:
The Engineering Payroll and Employment Services is hiring a Coordinator for a 12-month+ contract. This position will offer 30-40 hours of work per week with on-site presence required in College Park, MD.
Support EPES Operations
- Greet customers as they come to the EPES Center, and identify what they need assistance with
- Distribute paychecks to employees that come to the center
- Ensure that the printer has paper each morning and refill supplies.
- Coordinate EPES meeting agenda items and take notes during the meeting.
- Review reports for upcoming terminating jobs and take action to confirm if the job needs to be renewed. Emailing supervisors to confirm continuing student employment. Notify lead payroll administrator for faculty positions.
EPES Payroll Functions
- Review tax and direct deposit forms that new employees drop off. Notify the lead payroll coordinator who is assisting the new employee that the forms are completed and ensure that the forms get to Payroll Office in Chesapeake building.
- Process payroll actions in Workday such as: funding account changes, student non-standard jobs and payments, terminations and end jobs.
- Produce Letters of Support for students I-20 extensions.
Reporting
- Assist in creating Workday report templates for each individual unit/dept
- Setup reminders for departments to check their reports
- Assist with cleaning Workday data such as Workday Supervisory Organizations
- Check links in internal Clarknet website every other month and update links as needed
Ticket system/Website
- Assist with developing canned responses to inquiries and getting feedback from payroll teams
- Work on developing materials for customer website (forms to request payroll actions, links to information at various campus offices)
- Assist in creating form templates for customers to submit to request payroll actions: functions, such as on-boarding, VISA requests, Payroll changes
