Summary:
The competent Nurse, in the same or similar clinical setting, practices independently and demonstrates an awareness of all relevant aspects of a situation. Provides routine and complex care, with the ability to on long-range goals or plans. Continues to develop the ability to cope with and manage contingencies of clinical nursing. Makes appropriate assignments and delegates to other care providers as a means to help manage the clinical situation.
Responsibilities:

Consistent with the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice, provides nursing care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients.

Using the appropriate protocol, administers medications and treatments; monitors for side-effects and effectiveness of the treatment prescribed.
Documents patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given.
Assess learning needs and provides education to patients, family members and/or care givers; identify issues and resources.

All newly hired experienced RNs must attend New Nurses Orientation within the first 30 days of hire.
New hires are precepted by a designated trained staff member and initial on-boarding requirements are validated through successful completion of the designated organizational entry competency validation and a MedSurg specific competency validation.
All newly licensed RNs may participate in a residency program or other specific orientation. Skills completion and competency completion will be achieved with the preceptor at the bedside and documented through the program’s tracking software.
Completion of all annual competency verification requirements.
Experience
One year of experience in a related nursing specialty preferred.

Current ACLS certification required

The Account Recovery Specialist will support customers by helping them securely regain access to their accounts. This role focuses on identity verification and case resolution while maintaining strict compliance with data security standards.
- Perform SOP driven review of cases received in workflow
- Validate customer details including name, registered email ID, and account usage patterns
- Verify the reason for account lockout such as:
– Enabling Two Factor Authentication (2FA)
– Cookie or login verification issues
–Ownership change or account recovery processes
- After validating all mandatory checks, initiate a templatized communication via the workflow to proceed with customer account activation or escalate to a compliance analyst
- Follow SOPs, compliance guidelines, and client policies
- Meet process KPIs including AHT, Quality and Compliance adherence.
- 0-2 years of experience (BPO/BPS preferred).

Position Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals are achieved. This role supervises hourly production employees, coordinates workflow, monitors performance metrics, and drives continuous improvement initiatives within the plant. The Production Supervisor serves as the primary point of contact on the production floor and ensures adherence to company policies and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of hourly production employees across assigned shift

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain HRIS systems (e.g., Paycor, Workday, UKG, ADP) to ensure accurate employee data, reporting, and workflow automation.

The Operations Planner will be responsible for:
• Planning and Scheduling Factory Floor Activities

• Maintenance and distribution of delivery date planning tools (i.e., overview sheet, IFS) to allow for accurate and responsive customer order (CO) promise date confirmations.
• Develop plans according to forecast and sales orders.
• Review conventional order inquiries and provide feedback on lead times; point of contact for conventional order inquiries and order status updates; may interface with customers as required.
• Create and manage COs, distribution orders (DOs) and shop orders (SO) as required to fulfill internal and external demands.
