Responsibilities
- Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and direction to branch managers, ensuring they are well-supported and equipped to meet their branch goals. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities.

Develop and implement training programs to ensure all staff are knowledgeable about bank products, services, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or finance preferred.
- 5+ years in branch leadership required, preferably in a Community Bank.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate others and develop teams.
- Strong affinity and acumen for business development, community involvement and brand building.
- Proven track record of innovative and effective retail sales strategies with immediate impact to the retail growth objectives.
- Ability and willingness to travel to branches routinely in St. Petersburg, Winter Park, Mt. Dora, and other areas of the state and country as the bank expands.

We are seeking a Sub-Investigator at our Florida Research Institute (FRI), a global leader in gastroenterology and hepatology research, with a team of more than 20 highly trained clinical research experts. The role of the Sub-Investigator is to apply medical knowledge and experience, under the direction of the Principal Investigator to oversee and direct clinical course of research participants in clinical trials. The Sub-Investigator will assess physical health and administer treatments throughout the study aligned with scope of practice delegated responsibilities. He/she will oversee study conduct and assure study participant safety. The Sub-Investigator will coordinate and manage care for participants enrolled in a clinical research trial. The sub investigator will also be responsible for overseeing the execution of study protocols, delegating study related duties to site staff and ensuring site compliance with study protocols, study-specific laboratory procedures, standard operating procedures, standards of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), adhering to OSHA guidelines and other state and local regulations as applicable.

Congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH) is a rare birth defect affecting approximately one in 3,000 fetuses. CDH occurs when the diaphragm (the muscle separating the chest from the abdomen) does not form properly during fetal development. This results in a hole in the diaphragm and allows the abdominal organs to migrate into the chest. This could mean having the intestines, stomach, spleen and sometimes liver in the chest. The presence of these abdominal organs in the chest compresses the lungs and prevents them from developing normally.
CDH is most often diagnosed before birth, around the 20-week ultrasound visit. There is a spectrum of severity in CDH patients, and the health risks and treatment often depend on the level of severity.
