Position Overview
Silicon Path Law is seeking a Senior Immigration Attorney with deep EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2 NIW, and O1 employment-based petitions experience to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for an attorney who has successfully handled extraordinary ability petitions from consultation through approval, understands how to craft compelling case narratives, and can guide clients through complex immigration strategies.
The position will be fully remote until May 2026, after which the attorney will work in a hybrid model (minimum two days per week in office) in either Seattle, WA or Phoenix, AZ.
Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Washington or Arizona by May 2026.
Key Responsibilities
EB-1A Case Strategy & Petition Preparation
- Manage a portfolio of EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2 NIW, and O1 employment-based petitions from intake through final adjudication
- Develop persuasive legal strategies tailored to each client's achievements and professional profile
- Draft and review petition letters, legal briefs, and supporting documentation
- Evaluate evidence to demonstrate eligibility under USCIS extraordinary ability criteria
Client Consultation & Case Development
- Conduct in-depth consultations with prospective and existing clients
- Assess eligibility and develop case strategies for EB-1A, EB-1B, EB-2 NIW, and O1 employment-based petitions
- Guide clients through evidence collection and documentation processes

Job Description
- Defend products liability matters involving asbestos, silica, benzene, and other complex exposures
- Handle personal injury and wrongful death litigation from early case strategy through resolution
- Draft, review, and revise pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other litigation documents
