Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Design new and revise existing tools and fixtures for assembly, test, and inspection
- Create test protocols for qualifying new products and assemblies
- Develop and document IQ, OQ, PQ and maintenance protocols for new equipment and fixtures

Responsibilities

- Carry out all other supervisory duties as required or directed by their Contract Managers and Assistant Contract Managers
- Assume responsibility for the completion of assigned tasks
- Direct Security Officers in the accomplishment of assigned tasks
- Provide scheduling, training, and counseling for Security Officers
- Serve as a close, first-line supervisor, monitoring and directing Security Officers and other Triple Canopy personnel as necessary
- Act as Clientsβ liaison with civil authorities responding to crimes, fires, hazardous material spills, etc.
- Respond to Client personnel in a timely, effective and professional manner
- In case of after-hours emergency situations, respond to the scene and take initial command, control and communication support role until higher authority and/or emergency responders arrive, with the authority necessary to handle emergency events
- Perform administrative tasks including timekeeping, scheduling, and report tracking
- Set the example for Security Officers in the areas of appearance, work habits, skill and attitude
- Ensure Security Officers follow all work rules, maintain and display good discipline, and present a professional appearance by conducting random, unannounced personnel and post inspections
- Provide on the job training for Security Officers
- Oversee, supervise and provide security services during special events, including, without limitation, conducting access control and event guest check-in; enforcing all rules and protocols established by the events security SOPs and security escalation protocols, including engaging and removing anyone who is causing a disruption to an event that is deemed unacceptable and unwelcome by Clients or refusing to depart the event after being requested to depart, interdicting anyone attempting to cause harm to any of the event guests, and reporting and investigating any security anomalies observed by security officers; collaborating with event organizers and venue staff; and performing regular patrols of the event premises to deter unauthorized access and ensure a safe environment

Qualifications
- Must possess an Associateβs degree
- Must Possess a minimum of 3 years of security supervisory experience
- Have one of the below experience qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years in a U.S. Military Special Operations Unit or U.S. Law Enforcement Special Operations Unit, OR
- A minimum of 4 years in a combat Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) and a minimum of 2 years as a sworn law enforcement officer/agent, OR
- A minimum of 6 years as a sworn law enforcement officer/agent. For purposes of this paragraph, a sworn law enforcement officer/agent shall mean a person who is legally authorized to carry a firearm and legally empowered to perform arrests and who has satisfied all applicable legal and training requirements for armed law enforcement officers in the jurisdiction in which they were employed
- Be a U.S. Citizen with a social security card and a valid driver's license
- Must meet all medical and physical standards and satisfactorily complete background checks, psychological and drug screening
- Be able to wear protective body armor as part of the duty uniform
- Must (A) possess a current firearms certificate issued by the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission, (B) be licensed as an armed private security guard under Chapter 18.170 RCW (Revised Code of Washington), (C) have a valid Concealed Pistol License (CPL) in the State of Washington AND/OR be authorized under 18 U.S.C.

Perform skilled work in the inspection, testing, servicing, installation, and maintenance of mechanical, pneumatic, electronic, electrical, and computer controls for heating, air-conditioning, and related equipment.
Work requires skills in electronic, pneumatic and mechanical control systems, and the ability to work independently with little supervision.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Install, modify, and maintain HVAC and refrigeration control systems.
Troubleshoot and repair fire alarms and supervisory control components.
Fabricate and install temperature and humidity controls; assist with system design.
Use specialized tools for repair and calibration.
Manage inventory of control parts and components.
Perform related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
Completion of a four-year approved institution course as a Control Technician Trainee; OR four years of applicable experience in installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical and pneumatic control systems.
Vocational or trade school training in control mechanisms may be substituted, year-for-year, for work experience up to a maximum of two years.

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBLIITIES
Assist in overseeing craft supervisors in construction and maintenance
Follow up on departmental inquiries and complaints to effect remedial actions and timely project completions
Collaborate with physical plant management personnel to coordinate engineering functions with construction and maintenance activities
Review, write and schedule work orders and maintenance requests
Assist in building inspections and data collecting to determine necessary repairs and project costs
Conduct surveys, analyze systems and prepare reports on maintenance, construction, planning and estimating, utility production, motor pool, budgetary, and related activities
REQUIREMENTS
Five years of work experience in physical plant operations.
College training with a major in business administration, mechanical engineering or an allied discipline may be substituted, year-for-year, for up to four years of the work experience.

Attend to the daily needs of the children such as meal preparation, feeding and clean up and diaper changing and toilet training
Implement individual behavioral plans
Observe and document childrenβs learning
Maintain daily written records on individual children including documenting attendance, eating, sleeping, accidents, and individual medication records
Recommend referrals and provide input for parent conferences
Attend all required trainings including State Training and Registry System (STARS) classes

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
Primary responsibility for implementing projects that align with HMC and King County 2020 Bond Capital equipment projects and initiatives at Harborview Medical Center
Responsible for space, move and construction projects
You will work throughout the 2 million square foot campus and interact with front line staff, managers, administrative staff, hospital leadership, engineering and maintenance, construction services, infection control, environmental services and several other departments
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Assure that space, move and construction projects meet regulations
Process and complete furniture request work orders in a timely and efficient manner
Coordinate quotes and purchase of furniture with vendors and end users
Issue work orders for minor construction work needed to support small furniture and move requests, i.e. installing or moving electrical outlets, installation of data/phone ports, cleaning, and painting spaces
Collaborate with Harborviewβs Interior Design Lead
Assist with move coordination on major Capital Projects
Space and occupancy assessment to ensure workspaces are in accordance with our guidelines and principles
Work with the Space Manager to resolve space requests and implement moves
Work with Harborviewβs Architect to confirm ADA clearances code and egress requirements are met
With Direction from the Design Shared Services Manager/Interior Design Leader- Programming, feasibility and test-to-fit studies of proposed projects for the ongoing major renovations and expansions of existing facilities related to capital and in-house projects
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Interior design, architecture or planning
6-8 years experience in construction project management, move coordination, interior design, or small projects management β occupied healthcare experience preferred
An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for stated requirements
