About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Enterprise CRM Operations to lead the execution and evolution of CRM marketing across a portfolio of iconic brands.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end CRM campaign execution, managing a team of CRM professionals, and partnering cross-functionally to bring lifecycle marketing strategies to life.

This team operates like an internal agency, supporting multiple stakeholders across the business—so we’re looking for someone who can balance technical expertise, team leadership, and stakeholder management while also bringing forward-thinking ideas around automation and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Own and lead end-to-end CRM campaign execution within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
• Oversee cross-channel campaigns including email, SMS, and push notifications
• Translate marketing strategies into technically sound customer journeys and audience builds
• Manage campaign calendars, workflows, QA processes, and deployment governance
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of CRM professionals (including contractors)
• Partner with Marketing, CRM Strategy, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver campaigns on time and at scale
• Drive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency across CRM workflows
• Ensure data accuracy, segmentation integrity, and platform best practices
• Leverage AI and predictive tools (e.g., Einstein) to improve campaign performance
• Act as a key liaison between stakeholders and the CRM Operations team

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing operations
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
• Experience building and managing email campaigns, automated journeys, and segmentation strategies
• Deep understanding of CRM campaign workflows and execution processes

The expected salary range for this position is $115,000 to $125,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.

FlexStaff Staffing is hiring a part time Deputy Clerk to support the Village of Plandome on Long Island. This role will be 30 hours per week and hours are flexible, but ideal hours are 9-3pm Monday- Friday. This is a client service position serving the residents of their local government. The Deputy supports the Clerk-Treasurer in the performance of her/his duties. The Clerk-Treasurer works at the direction of the Mayor and is the chief records and administrative officer and chief fiscal officer of the municipality. That position is responsible for the books and records of the municipality, minutes of meetings of the Trustees, orders to pay claims of vendors, collects

property taxes, keeps the books of account and banking records for the General Fund and a Capital Projects Fund and directs the day-to-day operations of the Village. That position responds to resident requests and complaints and supports the activities of the building department in preparing building permits and certificates of occupancy. That position also serves as

the recording secretary and administrative assistant to the periodic evening meetings of the subsidiary boards (such as architecture, zoning) of the Village. The Deputy supports or stands-in for the Clerk-Treasurer in all of these functions.

The Deputy also is the primary administrative person to their Building Department, helping residents manage construction projects from plans through approvals, then inspections and ultimately the issuance of certificates of occupancy.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience. A superior and motivated student or entry

level person will be considered.

Position Purpose

Key Responsibilities

• Follow all DOT (Department of Transportation) rules and maintain a clean driving record to make sure company vehicles are operated safely and responsibly.
• Comply with all federal and state regulations regarding transportation of hazardous materials
• Inspect vehicles before and after trips to help ensure safe and on-time deliveries
• Load, unload, and organize orders carefully ensuring that all products are properly secured, and hazardous material is separated appropriately.
• Understand and adhere to FMCSA regulations
• Double-check purchase orders and delivery tickets to confirm routes and inventory, helping reduce errors and improve customer satisfaction.
• Support job site safety by checking for and reporting any potential hazards, to help prevent accidents and protect people and property.
• Take photos of all delivered products as required by company policy.
• Keep accurate records of deliveries, vehicle inspections, and receipts.
