Boiler Technician

Key Responsibilities Maintenance & Inspection Perform routine inspections and safety checks on high-pressure steam and hot water systems.

Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance (PM) programs to ensure peak system longevity.

Maintain detailed service logs and clear communication with industrial/commercial clients.

Troubleshooting & Repair Diagnose and repair complex issues with burners, combustion systems, and controls.

Service and overhaul valves, pumps, and critical electrical components.

Lead emergency repairs to minimize client downtime in critical environments.

Installation & Compliance Install new boiler systems or perform high-efficiency upgrades on existing units.

Perform precision tuning for optimal combustion and fuel efficiency.

Ensure all work meets strict safety standards and ASME codes.

Required Qualifications Experience: 2–15+ years of hands-on experience with commercial/industrial boiler rooms.

Technical Knowledge: Proficient in gas/oil-fired, steam/hot water, and thermal fluid systems.

Skill Set: Strong mechanical aptitude; ability to read complex schematics and wiring diagrams.

Tool Proficiency: Skilled with multimeters, combustion analyzers, and diagnostic software.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work comfortably in industrial environments.

Compliance: Valid Driver’s License and High School Diploma (Technical certifications/HVAC license preferred).

• Convert strategic product decisions and planning into operational and digital requirements and executable work packages. Lead requirements sessions with key business subject matter experts (SMEs).

Your key responsibilities:

 

• Installation and maintenance of personal computers and including all peripheral equipment.
• Installation and configuration of personal computers and printers (network and desktop).
• Diagnosing computer and network problems on-site or by assisting help desk staff with user telephone consultations.
• Upgrading of computers and peripheral equipment.
• Receipt and distribution of new computer equipment.
• Tests new operating systems and software titles for interoperability and functionality with existing systems and software.
• Good knowledge of modern personal computers and local area networks.
• Good knowledge of installation procedures relating to personal computers, local area networks, peripheral equipment and software.
• Ability to install office computer systems.
• Ability to work with remote users with different remote tools.
• May perform other related duties as required.

Community Care Obstetrics and Gynecology is a leading women’s health practice dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered obstetric and gynecologic care across the lifespan. We serve women from adolescence through menopause and beyond, offering comprehensive preventive, surgical, and obstetric services in a collaborative, respectful, and professional environment. Our multidisciplinary team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, and midwives focused on delivering individualized care and advanced services, including in-office procedures and minimally invasive treatments.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled OB/GYN Physician to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality obstetric and gynecologic care that aligns with our values of respect, professionalism, and personalized patient partnership. This role is ideal for a compassionate clinician who thrives in a team-oriented setting and is committed to delivering evidence-based women’s health care.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care

- Provide comprehensive obstetric care, including prenatal, labor/delivery, and postpartum services.

- Deliver obstetric care for routine and, as applicable, high-risk pregnancies.

- Perform routine and advanced gynecologic care, including annual exams, contraceptive counseling, and management of menstrual, reproductive, and menopausal health issues.

- Diagnose and treat gynecologic conditions; coordinate surgical care and referrals when appropriate.

- Perform in-office procedures and gynecologic surgeries, including laparoscopic, robotic and open procedures as appropriate.

- Collaborate with midwives, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff to optimize patient care.

- Participate in shared call coverage

What You'll Get to Do

 

• Engineer, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure utilizing Microsoft Azure and other cloud technologies.
• Collaborate closely with application teams, architects, security, networking, and leadership to deliver reliable cloud solutions.
• Automate cloud deployments and configurations using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments.
• Drive adoption of cloud engineering standards, architecture patterns, and best practices.
• Implement cloud monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
• Continuously optimize cloud cost, performance, and scalability across workloads
• Participate in incident response and troubleshooting to ensure uptime and performance.
• Evaluate new Azure services, run proofs-of-concept, and drive platform innovation.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of learning and technical excellence.

 

Skills and Experience

 

• Education, Licensures, & Certifications

   

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, system engineering, system analysis, or equivalent experience.

 

• Required Job Skills

   

  • Strong technical experience working in Microsoft Azure including compute, storage, networking, security, and automation.
  • 5+ years in Information Technology, with at least 3+ years in Azure-based Cloud Engineering or Infrastructure roles.
  • Microsoft Azure certifications are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM, or Bicep.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and modern DevOps practices.
  • Experience with Cloud governance through Policies, Blueprints, RBAC, and landing zone architecture.
  • Experience with Cloud Identity Providers (EntraID).
  • Scripting experience in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
  • Strong planning, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus.
