Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled PACU RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Spartanburg, South Carolina. • One year of recent experience as a PACU RN
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification
• ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification

• PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC certifications
• Other certifications and licenses may be required for this position

The PACU (Post-Anesthesia Care Unit) Registered Nurse provides specialized care to patients recovering from anesthesia and surgery. This role involves assessing patient recovery, implementing post-operative care plans, administering treatments, collaborating with the surgical team, and coordinating care for discharging or transporting patients. The PACU RN ensures patient safety and comfort during the critical recovery period, using advanced clinical skills, effective communication, and adherence to professional and regulatory standards.

• Receive and conduct comprehensive assessments of patients transferring from the operating room and assess their post-anesthesia condition
• Monitor and evaluate patient’s vital signs, level of consciousness, and recovery from anesthesia
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved post-anesthesia nursing techniques
• Maintain awareness of comfort and safety needs of recovering patients
• Observe and document patient conditions, treatments, and significant incidents and respond to anesthesia and treatments, notifying the care team of significant changes or adverse reactions
• Respond promptly to emergency situations utilizing PACU nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocols
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and recovery progress in the medical records
• Develop and deliver individualized patient and family education plans, including detailed discharge instructions and recovery guidelines
• Collaborate with the surgical team and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive post-operative care
• Participate in patient handoff communications to ensure continuity of care between OR, PACU, and post-PACU units
• Operate and monitor PACU-specific equipment, such as ventilators, monitors, and infusion pumps
• Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of practice

• Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and proficiency in PC skills
• Physical Abilities - Must be able to remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), push, pull, and bend
• Interpersonal Skills - Must be able to work effectively with a variety of personnel (professional and ancillary) to present a positive attitude and professionalism
• Technical/Motor Skills - Must have the ability to grasp, perform fine manipulation, push/pull, and move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment
• Mental Requirements - Must be able to cope with frequent contact with the general public and customers while meeting deadlines under pressure. Must be able to work under close supervision occasionally, as well as working without assistance from other personnel. Must be able to contend with irregular activity schedules occasionally and continuous concentration to detail

Job Description: Kitchen Aid/Nutrtional Services

Assist in the kitchen where you are needed. Cooking, prepping, serving, and cleaning during Richland County School District #1 school hours.

Inventory management and/or cashiering. Light lifting and dishwashing possible.

Essential Functions:

• Prepares and cooks food items for student meals in the prescribed quantity and as scheduled; monitors cooking times and temperatures to ensure thorough heating as required for consumer safety.
• Sets up serving lines and maintains cleanliness of serving area, ensures the availability of necessary serving utensils, and serves food in the appropriate quantity per customer.
• Cleans, sanitizes and stores utensils, pans, serving ware, warmers, freezers, coolers, ovens, carts, cookware, floors, and restrooms.
• Inspects daily food and supply deliveries to ensure compliance with required quantity and quality standards.
• Operates a variety of equipment such as a braising pan, oven, steamers, dishwasher, fryers, mixers, meat slicer, pallet jack, thermometer, conveyor belt, can opener, power soak sink, trash compactor, icemaker, scales, kitchen utensils, knives, cleaning equipment and tools.
• Interacts and communicates with various individuals, such as immediate supervisor, co-workers, school personnel, and students.
• Complies with all federal laws, state statutes, Board policies, administrative rules, and directives.

 Additional Duties:

• May perform duties of cashier, as needed, and may fill in for absent co-workers as needed.
• Assembles bag lunches for field trips.
• Prepares boxes and cans for recycling.
• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen and eating areas.
• Performs related duties as required.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be physically able to operate a variety of machines and equipment, including a cooking equipment, kitchen appliances and utensils, etc. Must be able to exert up to ten pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.  Physical demands are in excess of those for sedentary work; must be able to remain on feet for extended periods of time, stoop, kneel, push, pull, etc.   Must be able to lift and/or carry weights of up to fifty pounds.

Looking for someone with a fair amount of experience that we can hire on with minimal training. 

Pay would be 20-23$ an hour depending on their experience and weld test results. 

MIG, TIF, and Fluxcore welding processes are what we predominately use. Also be able to fit pipe and experience with pipe drawings.

• · Inspect and test rigging equipment to confirm reliability and safety.
• · Engage in physically demanding tasks, including climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, and handling materials.
• · Operate hand tools, power tools, hydraulic tools, or precision measuring equipment.

Qualifications / Skills / Knowledge

• · 1-5 years of experience in rigging, heavy rigging, crane operation, construction, or the heavy trucking industry.
• · Welding experience is a plus.
• · Must speak and read fluent English to pass required safety training for access to safety-sensitive environments, such as nuclear plants.
• · Must maintain a clean criminal record and be subject to ongoing random drug and alcohol testing.
• · Must be willing to travel extensively (75%).

Lead Installer - White Glove Delivery

Our company is looking for an experienced construction administrator to help us manage our fast-paced office. We need someone familiar with the construction industry with a few years of administration experience to oversee our cash management, quality control process, and contract administration. $20 - $25 hourly

• Assemble the closeout package including maintenance agreements, equipment information, warranties, and contractor contact information
  
• Regulate quality control process measures that ensure compliance with contracts, building, and code regulations
  
• Regulate the construction contract administration and submittal log processes to ensure that the contract document requirements are met throughout the construction experience
  
• Document accurate job information sheets, work logs of construction activities, and project team rosters
  
• Direct subcontractor, vendor, and supplier process by assembling bid packages including scope of work, bidding process, and needed construction documents
  

• Drive and operate company vehicles (Sprinter vans, box trucks, etc.)
• Load, blanket-wrap, protect, and transport high-end furnishings with care
• Coordinate job execution and lead the crew when 2+ team members are needed
• Assemble and install furniture onsite (and troubleshoot when necessary)
• Place items accurately based on the designer's direction and the client's expectations
• Communicate professionally with designers, homeowners, and clients
• Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure items are staged, prepped, and ready
• Maintain safety standards and protect clients’ property at every step
• You are the face of the company to the client

• Knowledge of the construction industry and processes are helpful - including AIA documentation, codes, and safety regulations
  
• High school diploma or equivalent is required – some college highly preferred
  
• 3 years of experience in construction services, administrative support, contract administration, or construction project management is crucial
  
• Exceptional time management, organization, attention to detail, and communication skills are needed
  
• Key bookkeeping, accounting, and math skills are preferred

• Must be able to lift and move 75+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in professional work
• Communicates clearly and confidently with designers, homeowners, and estate managers
• Understands discretion, respect for property, and situational awareness in luxury settings
• Able to pass a background check and maintain a clean driving record.

Job Summary/Purpose: Under general supervision, the Registered Nurse II provides individualized, goal-directed patient care to families and patients at a competent level utilizing the principles and practices of the nursing process; delivers safe and effective care and interacts with other members of the health care team to achieve desired results.

Minimum Training and Education: Associate degree in nursing. Bachelor’s degree preferred.  A minimum of one year of work experience as a registered nurse in an emergency department setting required

Required Licensure, Certifications, Registrations:  Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required.
