The Lead Teller maintains an accurate record of all cash exchanges and balancing of the vault to include ordering and tracking required levels of cash and orders of cash from the Federal Reserve Bank. They are responsible for timely completion of branch certification, serves as role model for new staff, right-hand for branch manager, and provides direction on the teller line and approval or over-ride authority for transaction and cash disbursement.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

Position Purpose:

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Manufacturing Engineer to support and improve manufacturing processes applied to customer-supplied medical devices. This individual will be responsible for process improvement, leading root cause investigations, working closely with cleanroom operators across shifts, and serving as a key technical liaison with both internal teams and external customers. This role requires up to 25% international travel to support HMS production sites, audits, process transfers, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

Production Support & Engagement

• Build strong relationships with production staff and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
• Monitor and adjust key process variables to ensure product consistency and high-quality output
• Assist with new process transfers from Method Development to Production

Process Improvement

• Continuously improve coating processes (e.g., dip, plasma)

• Drive the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) and ensure timely documentation and communication of findings

Compliance & Documentation

• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with ISO 13485 and internal QMS requirements
• Support and lead validation activities for new and modified processes
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation to support audits and regulatory inspections

Education, Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing) or a related field

SUMMARY OF THE POSITION

The Manager, Quality Assurance provides support for projects in development, construction, and operation by creating and managing a Quality Assurance program. This role ensures effective implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the Quality Assurance program and procedures, partnering with multiple departments within the business including project and construction teams and plant personnel to foster a culture that focuses on high quality construction, maintenance practices, and testing/commissioning procedures.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Building a team to support both the QA and Commissioning processes.
• Serve as the primary resource for quality concerns for all ongoing construction projects.
• Through field inspections, ensure the installation of new project facilities are in alignment with engineered drawings, contract requirements, and operational preferences.
• Plan and conduct audits (internal and third-party) of contractor QA/QC programs and work activities.

• Assist with the resolution of escalated QA and/or commissioning issues, questions and work stoppage situations.
• Collect and verify completeness of EPC turnover documents (per contract). Assure that the turnover documentation meets requirements for operations and regulatory reporting, organized and filed properly
• Monitor, coach and recommend additional training solutions for team members to develop the skills, knowledge and experience to be effective in their roles of supporting quality management and commissioning.
• Work closely with independent engineer reviews to address concerns.
• Assist and contribute to the identification of specific deliverables as required in the project documentation and as per Contract Requirements regarding Quality, Commissioning, and As-built documentation.
• Support development of contract exhibits that outline QA/QC expectations for our EPC partners.
• Reporting on & ensure administration of all QA & inspection activities.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THIS ROLE

Master Technology Group (MTG) specializes in designing, installing, and servicing low-voltage commercial property technologies across local and national markets.

The Integrated Security Systems Technician (Traveling) provides customer-focused, workplace technology support to clients, field staff, installation partners, and internal team members. While most support work is performed remotely, occasional on-site assistance may be required locally and nationally.

Supported systems are primarily security-related, including video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and EAS. Additional support may encompass network programming, fire alarm systems, data infrastructure, AV, and other low-voltage disciplines.

An MTG Integrated Security Systems Technician must deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate strong professional relationships with clients, vendors, Local Service Partners (LSPs), and colleagues. This role requires technical proficiency, extensive knowledge of low-voltage systems, excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, and strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Candidates must reside in the Twin Cities area and are expected to perform most of their work from our Eden Prairie, MN office. Periodic job site responsibilities may be required locally and nationally, with travel up to 60% supporting client sites, installations, and service operations.

To assist with critical service issues, the role includes on-call duties as part of daily responsibilities, requiring availability after hours on weekdays. Weekend on-call shifts will be rotated on a scheduled basis to ensure support during urgent weekend needs.

Kelly is seeking a Payroll Specialist to work with our client, a successful Eagan-based organization in the construction industry, on a temporary basis for 6-8 weeks. This is an excellent opportunity to join a great team and a company with a strong 35-year history!

The Payroll Specialist will:

• Report to the CFO
• Utilize the payroll system to prepare and process accurate, timely payroll
• Verify employee timecards for accuracy
• Accurately follow all collective bargaining agreements, Hawaii Chapter 104 requirements, and all applicable federal, state, and local wage and hour laws
• Update system with new hires and ensure pay classifications and related information are accurate and up to date
• Coordinate with Human Resource to ensure accurate and appropriate utilization of paid time off
• Coordinate with Human Resource to accurately process employee deductions
• Submit payment to the bank to ensure accurate and timely payment to employees
• Maintain employee direct deposit information within the accounting system and bank
• File and remit payroll tax deposits to all applicable state and federal agencies
• Set up, prepare, and process child support orders and wage garnishments
• Be responsible for various journal entries, account reconciliations, and reporting tasks
• Prepare and process Certified Payroll Reports
• Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports
• Ensure accurate preparation and timely distribution of employees’ W2 forms
• Prepare monthly union reconciliation and Union Reports
• Ensure union renewal is processed timely and accurately
• Monitor and maintain the Department of Labor & Industrial Relations Wage Rate Schedule throughout the year, and update any changes needed in the payroll system
• Manage all Union, Prevailing Wage, and Certified Payroll audits
• Research payroll tax notices and resolve discrepancies
• Answers employees’ and managements’ questions regarding payroll
• Coordinate with the payroll system vendor and CFO to maintain the infrastructure of the payroll system
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payroll system features and enhancements

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of direct payroll experience, preferably in a construction, unionized environment
• Experience in a multi-location company
• Extremely detail orientated with a commitment to produce accurate information
• Significant knowledge of payroll administration, including state and federal regulations
• Knowledge of union and prevailing wage rules and reporting
• Strong ethical values and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Excellent communication skills: both speaking and writing to compose clear explanations and messages
• Ability to analyze data and solve problems using independent judgement
• Ability to multi-task and meet constantly changing deadlines
