The Volunteer Director (Part-Time) is responsible for building, expanding, and leading PRC’s volunteer strategy across multiple programs, including residential treatment sites, Healing Spaces volunteer activations, meal services, client engagement activities, corporate volunteer engagements, fundraising events, and administrative support.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, overseeing the full volunteer lifecycle—from recruitment and training to event planning, on-site leadership, and post-event reporting. The Volunteer Director will serve as the primary steward of PRC’s volunteer culture, ensuring volunteer experiences are mission-aligned, well-organized, trauma-informed, and impactful for both clients and community partners.

Insight Global's client in Fremont, CA is seeking a Project Controls Scheduler to join their team.
Develop fully integrated Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning logically tied, and resource loaded schedules
• Monitor, analyze and report the critical path and overall project performance
• Analyze and report on scheduling and project data with an innovative approach leading to actionable outcomes
• Create potential “what-if” scenario schedules showing viable alternative paths to achieve project objectives, accelerate or reduce schedule and cost risks
• Ensure scheduling tools are progressed and updated weekly with all stakeholders across multiple programs, while providing accurate and meaningful outputs
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-10 years of scheduling/planning experience on large commercial, industrial, mining, government, or oil & gas construction projects
• Project size $100M +
• Direct scheduling experience with proficiency in Primavera P6 are required for this role
• Proficient Microsoft Excel skills
One of Swoons top clients in the Artificial Intelligence space is hiring a Professional Services Sourcing manager to join their team out of San Francisco, CA!
Details:
Location: Hybrid - San Francisco
Rate: $80-$95/hour W2
Duration: 6 months to start with chance of extension
This person will bridge strategic category leadership and day-to-day sourcing execution. This role sits between category coordination and category strategy, with a stronger tilt toward sourcing ownership, supplier strategy, and cross-functional deal execution. It will also be involved in M&A activities, helping to integrate the vendors of acquired companies.
Day to Day:
- Lead end-to-end sourcing for professional services engagements, from intake through negotiation, contracting, and award.
- Negotiate MSAs and ISAs with a wide range of professional services firms and align commercial terms to OpenAI’s risk and governance standards.
- Build and run competitive processes (RFP/RFQ), including scope shaping, bid evaluation, and commercial recommendation development.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, Security, and Extended Workfoce teams to structure agreements that balance speed, flexibility, compliance, and value.
- Standardize sourcing playbooks, rate card approaches, and service taxonomy to reduce fragmentation across the category.
- Build playbooks and repeatable frameworks for M&A-related sourcing and contract integration activities.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in sourcing, category management, procurement, or commercial operations in fast-scaling environments.
- Strong sourcing and negotiation experience across professional services, consulting, or contingent/advisory spend.
- Experience in M&A post merger integration of contracts
- Experience balancing strategic category goals with high-volume, hands-on sourcing execution.
Drive awareness and sales of Google products (Pixel Buds, Pixel Watch, Pixel Phone) in-store during the holiday season.
Start Date: Week of November 28, 2025 (store walkthroughs on November 25 or 26; first shift on Black Friday, November 28)
End Date: Week of January 11, 2026
Shifts: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Hours: 11:00 AM 7:30 PM (8 hours per day)

Pay Rate: $28 per hour
Responsibilities- Represent Google's Pixel Phone, Pixel Buds, and Pixel Watch at an assigned major national electronics retailer location.
- Engage customers with product demonstrations and expert knowledge.
- Drive awareness and sales of Google products through outstanding customer service.
- Maintain professional communication with store teams and program managers.
- Meet or exceed performance goals, including sales targets (e.g., 4 units sold per shift).
- Attend virtual training and complete onboarding requirements.
- Ensure accurate reporting and timely check-ins for each shift.
- Uphold Google's brand standards and create a positive in-store experience.
- Proven ability to sell and engage customers; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with a passion for Google products and digital ecosystems.
- Experience in retail, sales, or event marketing preferred.
- Comfortable working independently and achieving performance targets.
- Fun, personable attitude that fosters positive interactions and team engagement.
- Availability for the full program schedule (weekends, Black Friday through early January).
- Previous experience representing Google or similar brands is a plus.
