- Manage weekly reporting of social analytics and translate performance into actionable insights.
- Continuously test and adopt new tools and features on social platforms to enhance user experience and create unique content.
Influencer, UGC & Community:
- Manage influencer outreach and relationships, including gifted and paid partnerships.
- Curate and leverage user-generated content (UGC) for storytelling and social proof.
- Manage community relations—engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and help deepen customer connection.
- Oversee social collaborations and giveaways that align with brand positioning.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in the digital space, with hands-on management of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, etc.).

A Typical Day...As a Multi-Unit Team Leader at a Block Advisors office, you will serve as the front-line manager responsible for leadership and development of associates, delivering an outstanding client experience, and achieving all office related growth objectives (i.e., clients, revenue and earnings) for three offices. Prior tax preparation experience is not required.
You will start a flexible part-time schedule in the fall to prepare for the busy tax season. From January to April, you will transition to full-time, including evening and weekend hours as needed. After working a successful tax season, you will work a reduced schedule May through December, and may even apply for advancement opportunities.
It Would Be Even Better If You Also Had...- Multi-unit people management experience in the retail, restaurant, banking, or other related industry
- Manage office staffing, operations, and logistics for multiple offices with support from Associate Team Leaders
- Partner with the District General Manager (DGM) to create and implement office-level growth plans and client growth targets, which includes developing local partnerships and managing office community involvement

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join our Legal Department in El Segundo. The primary focus will be to support our internal Legal Team in day-to-day operations of the Company with potential specializations in contract management, intellectual property maintenance, legal and regulatory compliance initiatives and general corporate and litigation matters. Job Responsibilities:
