This is what you’ll do:
- Responsible for configuring, operating, and maintaining Audio-Visual (AV) equipment and solutions
- Design, code, test, and troubleshoot the technology and configurations in our conference rooms and custom audio-visual deployment spaces
- Follow the standards and policies defined for the AV services, conference rooms, Zoom/Google services, and running live corporate meetings
- Design, administer, and manage a scalable enterprise-level AV platform based on the business requirements
- Lead testing practices to ensure AV changes/upgrades don’t negatively impact key business applications or user experience.
- Document the deployment, troubleshooting, and operational processes required to build and operate our AV solutions
- Develop custom configurations and/or software solutions around AV services as necessary
- Provide the last line of defense for AV support within IT
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Zoom/Google rooms, Cisco telephony system, conference room architecture/standards, video/audio/web conferencing, and streaming & digital signage infrastructure
- Drive initiatives to continuously improve our end-users’ experience based on user feedback and monitoring data
- Manage enterprise AV platform and leverage your scripting skills to automate activities
- Develop positive relationships with the business and other functions involved in downstream technical processes
- Collaborate with cross functional IT teams
- Look to improve all aspects of the AV services continually
This is what you’ll need:
- At least 5-8 years (or relative) in the AV Design Engineer role with experience working in IT Administration
- Bachelor’s and/or CTS-D is preferred for this position
- High proficiency with Autodesk AutoCAD, ACC, BIM360, Blubeam Revu, and general architectural design processes, standards, and collaboration platforms
- High proficiency with acoustic modeling software like EASE Focus and Address, QSC and Harman/JBL Pro line of products
- High proficiency building functional diagrams, documenting detailed scope of work and bill of materials for AV projects
- Experience with DSP and custom control interface design and configuration

The Customer Service Manager is responsible for overseeing daily customer support operations and leading a team of Customer Service Specialist for Layn USA. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, resolves escalated customer issues, and drives improvements in customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team performance. The Customer Service Manager provides leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to maintain a high-performing customer support team.

- Draft real estate loan documents (including closing instructions) and review executed versions to ensure accuracy and compliance with closing procedures
- Review entity formation documents to determine signing authority and prepare appropriate signature blocks

Role Summary/Purpose
The Production Supervisor at PCX Aerosystems Santa Ana, CA will lead daily operations in one of several departments at the plant to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Assignments may include time in the machine shop, assembly, test, overhaul and fuel tank departments. This role will lead a team of hourly production employees to meet orProexceed production, safety, quality goals and delivery goals while maintaining positive employee relations.

Description
The Sr Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for the technical development, oversight and improvement of manufacturing processes within the area of responsibility. This individual will lead process optimization, technical problem-solving, and cross-functional manufacturing initiatives. This role is accountable for achieving senior-level competence Plans and presents engineering program and product design reviews for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Develops and requests design and specification change releases. Assesses and communicates impact of engineering initiatives to functional groups. Pay Range: $110,00.00 to $137,000.00 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
Essential Responsibilities
- Develop, release, and maintain detailed technical work instructions for the manufacture and repair of aerospace metallic structures and assemblies, ensuring full compliance with customer(s) engineering definition and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with CNC Programming group to develop and implement manufacturing plan for complex metallic machined components/assemblies.
- Provide advanced technical support to Quality and Operations teams to achieve site-level Safety, Cost, Quality, and Delivery (SCQD) objectives; act as a primary escalation point for complex manufacturing issues.
- Partner with Purchasing and Sales during the quoting process to define manufacturing approach, assess technical risk, establish labor standards, and ensure cost competitiveness.
- Establish and validate operational standard hours using time studies and process analysis; drive accuracy in routing and capacity planning assumptions.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and model-based definitions to ensure manufacturability; translate design requirements into controlled shop-floor documentation.
- Train and mentor operators and junior engineers on manufacturing methods, process controls, and quality standards; elevate overall technical capability of the team.
- Lead productivity and cost-reduction initiatives through Lean principles, waste elimination, and process optimization; quantify and report measurable performance improvements.
- Develop, validate, and industrialize manufacturing processes for new product introduction (NPI), ensuring processes meet defined capability, repeatability, and quality targets prior to production release.
- Evaluate nonconforming components and determine repair feasibility; develop and validate repair schemes in coordination with Engineering and Quality functions

Position Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or relevant technical discipline, or HS Diploma/GED w/equivalent composite/aerospace manufacturing/repair experience. 5+ years of technical experience with composites and/or aerospace components production or repair.

The Environmental Health & Safety Manager (EHS) is responsible to ensure compliance with all safety rules and regulations, the physical security of all company locations, and to assist individuals to be in compliance. This position is responsible for ensuring company is in compliance with all agencies (DOT, OSHA, NFPA, and EPA) regulations, training, and any other requirements by such agencies, our insurance companies, and company requirements. - Review facility procedures and work instructions consistent with ISO formatting.
- Develop Safety Risk Assessment procedures
- Provide subject matter expertise in Process Safety ensuring industry best practice.
- Site inspections and corrective action(s):
- Train and direct management to inspect facilities, work sites and equipment for violations and hazards.
- Provide direction to management on correcting identified problems in a timely manner.
- Follow up to make sure all corrective actions were taken and completed.
- Assist where needed.
- Responsible for updating, maintaining and auditing location safety standards and procedures on a quarterly or annual basis as needed.
- Develop effective training programs for managers/employees that will efficiently cover all needed/required materials.
- Investigate all accidents to determine the root cause and provide recommendations that eliminate or reduce future hazard or risk.
- Track and control inventory of safety supplies and equipment and work with division managers to keep adequate safety supplies on-hand.
- Assist with training for new hires and provide ongoing training of all employees.
- Review and update MSDS and SPCC plans as needed
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the safety program using established goals and make recommendations, and implement corrective action(s) based on industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct an annual training for the site that promotes a safe, healthy, and secure work environment that includes emergency situations (like tornados, fires), use of the alarm system, and anything else necessary to promote a safe work environment.
- Serves as a safety/compliance liaison with outside organizations.
Required Skills:
? Extensive knowledge of OSHA, DOT, NFPA, EPA, other governmental regulations and laws including OSHA 300 logs and requirements by our insurance providers.
? Knowledge of instructional methods and training techniques
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in safety or related field or equivalent work experience.
? 5 years safety management experience.
? Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.
? Knowledge of statistics, data collection and analysis.
? Knowledge of federal and state regulations.
? Proficient in MS Office products.
? Occasional travel required.

? OSHA General Industry 10 or 30 hour training course
? Forklift training experience

Description
The Quality Inspector is responsible for the inspection, documentation, and certification of critical components throughout the production process, including parts subject to flight safety requirements. This role ensures compliance with AS9100, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements through precise measurement and rigorous recordkeeping.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Performs various inspection activities utilizing precision inspection equipment at all phases of product manufacturing. Uses GD&T concepts, customer supplied specifications, and internal standards, to ensure compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, and other regulatory requirements.
Pay Range: $30.00 to $36.00 per hour
Position Requirements
- Read and understand complex engineering drawings to determine dimensions and tolerance specifications
- Compare recorded measurements to blueprint dimensions and tolerances and notify specified persons of discrepancies using NCF and MRB process
- Familiarity with the use of various inspection and measurement equipment, i.e. CMM, FARO Arm, Borescope, Optical Comparator, etc. preferred
- Strong understanding of units of measure and applicability to GD&T principles
- Must be self-motivated and able to adjust to a dynamic work environment and tempo while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong professional ethics combined with the ability to function well on teams.
- Experience in aerospace manufacturing or similarly regulated industry preferred.
- Familiarity with performing various inspection activities to include, i.e., 1st piece, in-process, final inspections
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledgeable of MS Word, and Excel
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in the operation of CMM's preferred (Mitutoyo/Metris/Zeiss)
- Familiarity with operation/programming of FARO arm preferred
