About the Role

Growing Central Florida litigation firm seeks a Litigation Associate who is (a) already admitted and in good standing with The Florida Bar, or (b) eligible for immediate admission upon release of February 2026 Bar Exam results. Please do not apply unless you meet one of these eligibility paths.

What You'll Do

· Handle a varied civil litigation caseload with an emphasis on construction law and insurance defense (prior experience in any of these is preferred).

· Draft and argue motions, take and defend depositions, manage discovery, and appear at hearings, mediations, and trials.

· Conduct high-level legal research and produce clear, persuasive written work.

· Collaborate closely with partners and clients, with genuine opportunities for mentorship, responsibility, and rapid growth.

What We're Looking For

· Strong research, writing, and critical-thinking skills.

· Professionalism, initiative, and a team mindset.

· Florida Bar admission or immediate eligibility upon July 2025 results.

Compensation & Benefits

· Base salary: $90,000–$135,000 (based upon qualifications) plus performance bonus and incentives
