Talkiatry is a clinician-led, virtual psychiatry practice built to combine the stability of a hospital practice with the clinical autonomy of private practice.
This role is designed for psychiatrists who want:
- Predictable, W-2 compensation and benefits
- Flexible scheduling, control over their schedule, session structure, and patient population

What your day-to-day practice looks like:
- 100% remote, outpatient psychiatry
- Lower to moderate acuity populations (ex. anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD)
- Patient population across the lifespan: children & adolescents (treated by board-certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists only), adults, and geriatric patients
- Standard session lengths (60-minute intakes, 30-minute follow ups)
- No inpatient, intensive outpatient programs (IOP), partial hospitalization care or crisis coverage
- In-house referral network to therapists
- Full operational support including scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and licensing

Project Manager – Commercial Playground & Site Projects
Greater Orlando (Longwood, FL)
We’re hiring a Project Manager to join a small, fast-moving team that designs and builds commercial playgrounds, park spaces, and recreational environments for municipalities and communities across Central Florida.
This is not your typical large-scale construction PM role. Our projects typically range from $100K to $3M, and you’ll manage multiple projects at once from planning through installation.

What You’ll Be Doing
This role is primarily office-based in Longwood, with regular local site visits.
You’ll be responsible for keeping multiple projects moving forward simultaneously, coordinating between clients, vendors, field crews, and internal teams.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple playground and park construction projects from kickoff to completion
- Coordinating schedules, materials, and subcontractors
- Tracking project budgets, timelines, and deliverables

- Visiting job sites throughout Central Florida to ensure projects stay on track
- Supporting permitting and documentation when needed
