The Role

What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts with a strong focus on client retention
- Lead the quoting, renewal, and marketing process for new and existing accounts
- Negotiate with insurance carriers and vendors on coverage, pricing, and endorsements
- Coordinate account administration, including policy changes and ongoing service needs
- Maintain knowledge of insurance regulations, market trends, and best practices
- Prepare and transfer data (including spreadsheets) to carriers, auditors, vendors, and consultants
- Present coverage, renewals, and strategy recommendations to executive and C-level stakeholders
- Partner closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 4 years of experience in P&C account management or commercial insurance sales
- Strong knowledge of business insurance, underwriting concepts, and policy administration
- Active P&C license in good standing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working with and presenting to C-level and senior leadership

The Agile Hardware Solutions (AHS) Department is seeking a Mechanical Dimensional Management Engineer, located in Tucson, AZ (Onsite)

The Mechanical Dimensional Management (DM) Engineer is part of the Producibility Team within Agile Hardware Solutions. The DM Engineer collaborates directly with Mechanical Engineering, Materials & Processes and Design & Drafting from the Mechanical Products Team along with Operations, Quality and Supply Chain peers, and suppliers to implement mechanical producibility improvements on new and emerging programs, and upgrades to existing programs.
The team executes tolerance optimization through primarily 3D tolerance and variation analysis and works with the design team to influence the final design. Early engagement in the conceptual stage and throughout the development process will ensure that our designs are optimized with respect to tolerance controls and methods of manufacture. The DM engineer plays an essential part in reducing product cost and ensuring functional quality.
What You Will Do
As a member of the Dimensional Management and Producibility Team, you may support the team in the following ways:
Perform detailed 3D complex dimensional tolerance analyses and review 1D tolerance analyses using various tools to evaluate design requirements of new and existing designs to calculate design margin / capability, and provide recommendations while adhering to cost, schedule, and manufacturing constraints.
Work with product teams to develop coordinated datum flow and document via drawings including interface control drawings (ICDs).
Apply, encode and decode Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) on various technical data packages.
Contribute to the development and training of the practical application of GD&T, tolerance analysis methods, and tools.
Where applicable become recognized as the Dimensional Management Lead on a program to coordinate various aspects of the Dimensional Management Closed Loop Process while supporting Critical Item Initiatives.
Function as a self-starter while exercising considerable latitude in determining the strategic objectives and methods of achieving Dimensional Management goals.
Where empowered within a program, offer assistance developing inspection plans for both internal inspection and as required by suppliers for compliance with specifications.
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelors in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM), and 8 years’ professional engineering experience
Experience in the application of GD&T principles (ASME Y14.5)
Experience with CAD modeling (CREO preferred)
Experience with commercial tolerance analysis tools (Siemens visVSA preferred)
Qualifications We Prefer
Demonstrated working knowledge of statistical tolerancing methods (e.g., Monte Carlo simulations, RSS, MRSS, etc.)

The Effector Analog and Power Department is responsible for the development, from concept to integration, of Telemetry and Flight Termination products; power systems from all up round to the lowest level power regulation; servo electronics supporting all mechanical motion in our products and low noise mixed signal electronics that provides the analog to digital interface to our front-end sensors. Each of these products generally operate in lower power and voltage ranges less than 10kW and 1000V.
What You Will Do
- Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document power conversion (and related analog) circuitry. This circuitry will dominantly involve non-isolated and isolated switch mode power converters and linear converters. Main emphasis is on board-mounted power end use applications.
- Architect at the power system level.
- See circuit card and stack development through its design phases, from requirements definition through initial integration testing. Includes leading large teams and defining schedules and system level tasking for designs.
- Guide ECAD drafters and junior engineers through layout and routing activities. Define layer stackup definitions. Act as an expert regarding creepage and clearance.
- Lead large teams to success with schedule, budget, and technical execution.
- Engage in personal technical growth and facilitate technical growth in peers and junior engineers. Drive the capture of opportunities needed to mature the organization on the technical front.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 10 years of prior relevant experience
- Design, analysis, test, and/or simulation experience with linear converters, and familiarity with all the following non-isolated converter topologies: buck, boost, buck-boost.
- Professional design, analysis, and simulation experience with at least one of the following isolated converter topologies: flyback, half-bridge, full-bridge, forward, push-pull, resonant.
- Experience with EMI Filter design, transformer or inductor design, analysis, test, and/or simulation considerations in power electronics circuits.
- Analog electronics design, including the following: FETs/BJTs, op-amp, high/low/band pass filters, clock/data termination, and comparator circuits.

- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering
- Understanding of switching converter control techniques and modes such as voltage mode, peak and average current modes, their advantages and disadvantages. Conceptual familiarity and experience must include stability.

This role is responsible for processing product formulations, dispensing antibody products, performing capping and labeling operations, assembling kits, completing batch records, and managing finished goods inventory.
The position requires strong attention to detail and collaboration with cross-functional teams including Planning, Receiving, Inventory Control, Packaging, Custom Solutions Team (CST), and Quality Control.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in performing various bottling operations including dispensing antibody solutions, capping, labeling of vials/tubes/bottles, and kit assembly Formulate products according to approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions, including multi-component cocktail formulations Verify formulation worksheets to ensure accuracy of concentrations, lot numbers, and other critical data Put away finished goods inventory (FGI) according to designated temperature storage conditions Set up and prepare equipment for production operations Operate computer-controlled processing equipment such as filling lines, lyophilizers, capping machines, and labeling systems Perform data entry and maintain production documentation and batch records Utilize computer applications including Microsoft Excel Follow instructions and adhere to company procedures, policies, and health and safety guidelines Maintain cleanliness of work areas, lab equipment, and supplies Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned Required Skills: Experience in pipetting or dispensing liquid products Ability to perform basic math calculations Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Ability to follow SOPs and standardized procedures Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment Education & Experience: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in a laboratory, biotech manufacturing, or filling/bottling/packaging environment Experience working in regulated manufacturing or laboratory environments preferred
