The Independent Operator Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager, based in the United States, to play a key role in driving our U.S. expansion and accelerating our growth in the market. This position is critical to strengthening our presence, building strategic customer relationships, and unlocking new opportunities across the region. Job Description
The Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) will be responsible for marketing and selling CARDAMYST via teleconference and/or telephone to targeted health care offices and providers, in close partnership with aligned field representatives. They will deliver impactful core selling messages and educational materials as part of their remote engagements, reinforcing in-person efforts and expanding overall reach. VSRs will need to be flexible regarding job responsibilities as they will include a variety of strategic tasks: amplifying call frequency with high-priority targets, triaging and qualifying targeted HCPs, supporting large geographic territories, and engaging aligned sales team micro-focus practitioners. The VSR will create positive, coordinated virtual selling interactions that drive awareness, adoption, and market growth for CARDAMYST. MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for launching, growing, and expanding Cinch Home Services’ presence in a new and emerging territory. This role demands a high-energy, business-development-driven professional who is comfortable building a market from the ground up - identifying opportunities, “door‑knocking” into non‑partner real estate offices, creating relationships with brokers and agents who may be unfamiliar with Cinch, and converting whitespace into long‑term producing accounts.

What You’ll Do
Business Development & Territory Launch

LFB Ventures is a fast-growing real estate capital advisor providing acquisition, development, construction, bridge, and permanent financing solutions to small and medium-sized homebuilders and developers nationwide. LFB is seeking disciplined, coachable, and ambitious individuals to join its Sales Development team as a Sales Intern.
This role is the entry point into a long-term career at LFB Ventures with the opportunity to collaborate on innovative lead generation and data-driven sales processes within real estate finance. The Intern focuses on databasing, research, and appointment setting while helping refine the systems and technology used to identify and engage prospective clients.
Candidates with technical curiosity or experience in computer science, data analysis, automation, or artificial intelligence tools are strongly encouraged to apply. LFB continuously experiments with new technologies to improve prospecting workflows, data sourcing, and outreach strategies.
This position will give the intern exposure to real-world financial underwriting and capital markets, preparing them for a career in real estate finance, technology-driven sales, or capital advisory. Advancement to Junior Associate is earned through consistent performance and mastery of the sales development process.

Roles
- Lead Research: Use CoStar to identify target properties in need of Financing. Identify the developers that hold that property.
- Data Entry: Build complete and accurate Company and Contact profiles within HubSpot CRM.
- Database Management: Maintain clean, organized, and properly labeled records in compliance with territory ownership policies.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments of Associates and directors.
- CRM Tracking: Update call notes, contact status, and prospect stage accurately and in real time.
- Reporting: Provide weekly metrics on calls made, response rates, meetings booked, and database growth.
Responsibilities
- Build Daily Prospect Batches: Load a minimum number of new qualified companies and contacts into CRM each week.
- Qualify Conversations: Identify whether a contact fits LFB’s target client profile and escalate qualified leads appropriately.
- Schedule Meetings: Schedule Discovery Calls and confirm attendance.
- Protect CRM Integrity: Ensure all information is accurate, properly tagged by territory, and compliant with company policy.
- Maintain Activity Standards: Meet daily and weekly activity benchmarks set by management.
- Support Sales Team: Provide organized and complete lead files to Associates and Directors for advancement into Discovery stage.
Position Deliverables
- Minimum weekly database additions meeting defined quality standards.
- Qualified meetings scheduled per month.
- CRM records fully completed (company website, phone, email, target MSA, asset type).
- Accurate notes and next steps logged after every interaction.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s degree (Business, Real Estate, Finance, Computer Science).
- High attention to detail and organizational discipline.
- Coachable and receptive to feedback.
- Software aptitude: Outlook, HubSpot (or similar CRM), LinkedIn, Excel (basic proficiency), Google Search.
- AI Aptitude a plus.
- Ability to work in-office in Encinitas, CA.
- Minimum of three days per week.
Compensation
1099 Engagement. College Credits available in collaborating colleges. Stipend Available for Transportation and Food. Clear path to commission-based Junior Associate role upon promotion.
