Title: Office Administrative Assistant
Location: Marin County, CA (On-site)
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000
You are a polished and detail-oriented Front Office Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and callers. This role combines front desk reception with administrative support across property management, marketing, and executive leadership.
What you'll be doing
- Professionally answer and route incoming calls
- Welcome and assist visitors, tenants, and vendors
- Process annual rent increase notices and maintain tenant databases
- Track move-ins/move-outs and coordinate updates across departments
- Manage spreadsheets, calendars, office supplies, and mail
- Maintain organized tenant and commercial files
- Provide administrative support and assist with special projects as needed
What you bring
- 2+ years of administrative experience (property management experience preferred)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with property management software (e.g., Yardi) is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Professional communication skills and a customer-service mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Clean Harbors is looking for a OTR Class A Dry Van Driver to join their safety conscious team in Northern CA! This route runs from Northern CA to Salt Lake City, UT and averages 2800-3000 miles per week.
About the role:
- Drivers average $90-$115K per year
- $7,500 sign-on-bonus available
- Bi-Weekly home time
- Compensation includes hourly wages (all on-duty non-driving time) and mileage pay

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures that Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and acting in a safe manner at all times
- Operates tractor trailer units and other vehicles
- Adheres to weights and ensures proper utilization of the units
- Ensures proper loading and unloading of hazardous waste/non-hazardous waste; Properly secures the loads
- Placards vehicle in accordance to Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations
- Maintains daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports as well as vehicle inspection reports
QUALIFICATIONS
- Class A CDL
- Minimum 12 months of Class A driving experience
- HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements
- Ability to effectively use required technology such as mobile applications and computer software

POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides basic leadership skills for assigned patients, collaborates with other departments and begins process of proactive thinking when implementing the plan of care. Serves as mentor to the staff nurse and ancillary personnel; receives mentoring from Staff Nurse II and III; and Patient Care Coordinator.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Minimum of one year experience required. Verification of course completion in accordance with all American Heart Association Basic Cardiac Life Support and Health Care Provider guidelines is required. BSN highly preferred.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
Current license from the Board of Nurse Examiners of the State of Texas to practice as a registered nurse is required. Must have a current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider or AHA BLS Instructor Provider card.
