Virtual Care Physician (aka Virtualist)

The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. (TPMG) is seeking physicians who are board certified or board eligible by an American Specialty Board to provide virtual care in a variety of ways that may include, but not limited to, scheduled and unscheduled video visits, telephone visits, E-visits, chat, and secure messages.

• Positions can be fully virtual/remote.
• Applicants must reside in and be licensed to practice in California.
• Five years of post-residency experience required.
• Applicants may also be required to receive licenses in multiple other states.

Ideal candidates:

• Must be flexible with the duration of work shifts and 24/7 availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be willing to work shifts in flexible increments (i.e. 1-10 hour units).
• Ability to deliver exceptional care experience.
• Possess excellent documentation and coding skills in the EMR accurately and efficiently.
• Embody a commitment to high-quality medical care with the ability to contribute to organizational quality goals on population health.
• Handle a fast-paced environment with competing priorities efficiently.
• Adhere to established guidelines for evidence-based care with a focus on resource management.
• Excellent communication skills with patients and colleagues.
• Collaborative team player and colleague.
• Be comfortable using multiple types of messaging and communication systems, including but not limited to, phone, text, secure messages, chat, Cortext, and Microsoft Teams.
• Be flexible with changing workflows.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to existing and new technology tools.

Full-time annual salary range is $214,440 to $221.100.

VoyagePT is a mobile pediatric physical therapy practice committed to delivering individualized, therapeutic care to children of all ages and abilities. About the Role

This is a W2 pay-per-visit employee position. Therapists enjoy autonomy in setting their own schedules while receiving support from a collaborative and mission-driven team.

• Caseload expectation: at least 15 visits/week (for full benefits)
• Start date: Flexible

Compensation

• Treatment Sessions: $100/visit
• Recertification/Discharge Sessions: $125/visit
• Evaluation Sessions: $250/visit

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience
• Comfortable treating children of all ages (infants to teens)
• Confident with a variety of diagnoses (e.g., autism, developmental delay, torticollis, neurological/genetic conditions)
• Ability to travel to patients; homes in San Francisco, San Mateo, Alameda, or Santa Clara County
• Valid drivers license and auto insurance
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Meet)
• Able to pass a background check
• Up-to-date vaccinations
• Current BLS certification
• Valid California Physical Therapy License
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

BREAST IMAGING RADIOLOGISTS

Openings in Northern & Central California

We are currently seeking full-time radiologists who are breast fellowship-trained to join our collegial groups in the following locations in Northern California:

• Fresno
• Oakland
• Richmond
• Sacramento
• San Jose
• Walnut Creek

These positions include a predominance of breast imaging with some general radiology. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is well versed in multimodality breast imaging, as well as stereotactic and US- and MRI-guided procedures.

We work closely with clinicians in the Breast Lump Clinic and collaborate with a multimodality treatment team, via weekly tumor boards, including two dedicated breast surgeons, medical and radiation oncologists, plastic surgeons, geneticists, and social workers. The breast imagers are well-supported by an administrative breast care coordinator, as well as an RN breast care navigator. Our integrated system makes it seamless to provide the best and most appropriate breast care.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Board Certification or Eligibility
• Must be eligible to obtain a California medical license or be currently licensed to practice within California
