Work Environment
Information Professionals serve in challenging roles of increasing scope and responsibility both afloat and ashore. This could include:

Those pursuing an Information Professional Officer position are required to attend Officer Candidate School (OCS) in Newport, RI.
Upon completion, candidates typically attend a five-week IP Basic Course of instruction in Pensacola, FL, before or during their initial assignment. IPOs must complete specific qualifications as part of their training during Fleet tours and are expected to pursue advanced education opportunities.
Promotion opportunities are regularly available but competitive and based on performance.

Postgraduate education is important to the success of the Information Professional. Most IPs will complete a master's degree in C4I, space, information systems, computer science or modeling and simulation.

Qualifications & Requirements
A degree from a four-year college or university is a minimum educational requirement to become a Commissioned Officer. Candidates seeking an Information Professional Officer position must have a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution in a technical field, preferably in one of following fields: Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Operations, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, General Engineering.
All candidates must also be: U.S. citizens, willing to serve worldwide, eligible for a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance and qualified for sea duty.
General qualifications may vary depending upon whether you're currently serving, whether you've served before or whether you've never served before.
Part-Time Opportunities
There are part-time opportunities available as an Information Professional Officer.
Serving part-time as a Navy Reserve Sailor, your duties will be carried out during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Information Professional Officers in the Navy Reserve typically work at a location close to their homes.
For annual training, Information Professional Officers may serve anywhere in the world, whether on a ship at sea or at bases and installations on shore.

Most of what you do in the Navy Reserve is considered training. The basic Navy Reserve commitment involves training a minimum of one weekend a month (referred to as drilling) and two weeks a year (referred to as Annual Training) - or the equivalent of that.

Capacity Management and Operations is a new team supporting multiple internal Client organizations. We manage their Capacity Management process, improving it where necessary, and provide operational support for the work pipeline. Our engineers help resolve capacity regression cases which save the Client millions in data center running costs per year. We also enable the most cutting edge work by aligning the demand and supply for critical infrastructure.
Quick learning is the most critical part of this job. Each internal Client org is different, most of them are using custom tools and have different needs. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in cross-functional capacity management or operations, but must be open to navigate a steep learning curve. Experience with automation, scripting and coding will be a great asset. Good communication is a must.
Key tasks

Job Summary
The Director of Revenue Management directs all UCSF Health revenue integrity strategy and initiatives across hospital and professional billing environments. The Director oversees the Revenue Integrity (RI) team and has enterprise responsibility for Charge Description Master (CDM) governance, pricing, accurate and compliant charge capture, documentation alignment, revenue monitoring, and proactive identification and mitigation of denial risk.

General Manager
The General Manager will proactively manage overall operations, including the delivery of safe and reliable service, employee oversight, management of contract assets, risk management, client and customer satisfaction, and financial performance. This position is based in Oakland, CA.
Transdev is proud to offer:
- Competitive compensation package of minimum $165,000 – maximum $180,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously builds relationships with employees, the client, union partners, and the local community.
- The location/client contract sets the commercial and operational strategic direction for the business unit team.
- Leads the management team and employee workforce to achieve corporate/property safety goals, service performance, and financial objectives.
- Identifies, suggests, and develops business growth opportunities.
- Optimizes the return on assets deployed within the business to include vehicle scheduling, maintenance, and performance management.
- Identifies and analyzes KPIs to maintain positive results.
- Ensures services are provided within budget and action plans are developed and implemented to improve operational efficiency.
- Determines and delivers the business unit budget.
- Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations and compliance with Transdev corporate safety standards.
- Oversee all staff management and assign development training in liaison with the corporate team as appropriate.
- Ensures effective environmental compliance and sustainability management.
- Provides complete and accurate data collection, compilation, analysis, and reporting
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a four (4) year college degree in a relevant field is desirable, although a combination of relevant experience and education will be considered.
- Experience in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or related fiel,d or equivalent business experience preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience managing a fixed route or paratransit bus operation of similar size and scope.
- Knowledge of relevant federal and state employment laws.
- Thorough knowledge of transit system regulations and operations.
- Ability to build solid and maintain strong working relationships with clients.
- Ability to manage cost control and financial budget.
- Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding technology, apps, Wi-Fi, and understanding of transportation technology.
- Strong written and oral communication skills; excellent presentation skills; ability to influence people at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to organize and perform work efficiently, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to navigate Labor Relations issues and work effectively with union partners, including labor grievances and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer strategy, serving as the primary point of contact and building strong cross‑functional relationships while overseeing commercial and technical initiatives.

Job Description: High-Throughput Screening Research Associate II, III (Biodesigner II, III)
Responsibilities:
- Perform massively parallel reporter assays and high-throughput screens across diverse cellular contexts using cellular and molecular readouts.
- Develop and execute molecular biology workflows such as vector design and cloning, DNA/RNA extraction, RT-PCR, qPCR, and next-generation sequencing.
- Support cell culture activities and experiments in multiple cell lines, at small and large scales.
- Design and execute cell-based assays (AAV/lentiviral transduction, transfection, flow cytometry, immunostaining, and other plate reader assays).
- Engineer and characterize cell-based systems using synthetic biology tools and techniques.
- Conduct and troubleshoot experiments, independently and in collaboration with colleagues, to optimize screening throughput, sensitivity, and specificity.
- Proactively troubleshoot technical issues and recommend potential corrective actions based on personal observations and literature searches.
- Prepare summaries of data and present internally to colleagues and management.
- Draft SOPs, follow protocols, diligently document experimental data in lab notebooks, and organize and maintain electronic work records.
- Author scientific reports and data summaries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project goals, bridging early discovery with high-throughput screens to nominate and optimize candidates for further characterization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biological Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of industry wet lab experience.
- Mammalian cell culture experience (culturing, transfecting and transducing cells, and DNA/RNA purification from cells).
- Molecular biology expertise (vector design and cloning, qPCR, primer and probe design, DNA/RNA extraction workflows)
- Critical thinker with excellent communication skills who thrives in a multidisciplinary, fast-paced team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preference will be given to those who display:
