Your responsibilities include:
Provide technical expertise of Sephora Web and Cloud native Supply Chain/WMS and Merchandising systems and associated peripheral integrations, environments and Databases.

We are hiring a Facilities Technician to help build out a world-class R&D and pilot-production facility at Integrated Facilities Management Group. You will join a team charged with maintaining equipment and ensuring facility equipment uptime to help scale its operations to commercialize the company’s groundbreaking energy storage technology.
Responsibilities:
- Executes daily, monthly, and quarterly facilities & equipment inspections/maintenances.
- Acts as a contact while on shift for any building issues (climate control, odors, smoke, spills, damage, emergencies, and repairs).
- Supervises contractor performance and works closely with outside vendors and contractors to ensure work is completed according to specifications.
- May act as project coordinator for all size projects, including large-scale repair and new facility projects.
- Solicits bids and quotes from vendors.
- Monitors and replaces light bulbs in all assigned facilities, as needed.

- Ensure the original creative vision carries through from concept to execution by partnering with production teams during planning, revisions, and key creative milestones
- Help position TRADEMARK as a trusted creative partner to clients by delivering thoughtful, memorable, and strategically grounded experiential concepts
- Contribute to the evolution of TRADEMARK’s creative reputation by elevating the agency’s design standards, storytelling, and experiential point of view
Compensation
This role is structured as a contract-to-hire opportunity, beginning as a project-based contract engagement paid through payroll.
The anticipated salary range for the full-time role is $175,000–$325,000 annually, depending on experience, portfolio, and scope of work.
Hourly compensation during the contract phase will be set based on experience and aligned with the full-time salary range.

About the Role
We are seeking a charismatic, energetic, and motivated individual to join our expanding livestreaming team directly from our Santa Clara Headquarters. This individual will engage and communicate with customers all over the world who share the joy of our hobby. Live breaking (opening up product for customers on a livestream) will operate as the vehicle, while the individual for this role will operate as the driver. It is all about the thrill of the hunt and to be able to pull that ‘chase card’ a customer has been looking for. Knowledge for Trading Cards (Pokemon, Magic The Gathering, One Piece, Disney) will be key as this role is a sales position, so understanding how to both sell products and entertain an audience is crucial. This role benefits entirely from those who can brand themselves and grow as a face in this industry (breaking is very new so opportunity is bigger than ever)! Marketing assistance is provided along with the supply of inventory to set up this role for success.
- Open TCG boxes and carefully sort cards accordingly maintaining a high level of organization
- Coordinate with team to meet sales goals
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while handling TCG cards
