MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.

Job Details Job Duties: Maintain and update litigation calendars, including deadlines, hearings, and appearances Prepare and organize case files for attorneys ahead of court dates and depositions File and serve pleadings, discovery, and other documents through e-filing systems Draft basic legal documents, including judicial council forms and correspondence Coordinate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel to ensure timely communication Track case progress, manage internal reminders, and ensure compliance with court rules Support attorneys with trial preparation, document review, and last-minute requests Handle administrative tasks related to case management and department operations Job Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a litigation assistant or legal assistant, preferably in personal injury or civil litigation Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines Familiarity with litigation procedures, calendaring systems, and statutory deadlines Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-driven environment Tech-savvy with experience using legal management and e-filing platforms High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred Spanish language skills are a plus but not required Interested in hearing more?
