Key Responsibilities:
Guarantee the best customer experience within the store providing all the support that customers might need. To achieve this, it will be key to possess good product and fashion knowledge, positive attitude and the will to make customers feel at home.
Ensure that the standards of the shopfloor are spotless: product well replenished and that the store clean, tidy and merchandised in an attractive way in order to maximize sales and offer the experience that our customers deserve. In terms of security standards, either in fitting rooms, stockrooms, shopfloor, or cash desk, they must be adhered to.
While working at the cash desk, Key Holder are expected to process all register transactions in a smooth, efficient, and accurate way to ensure that the last part of the experience in the store is enjoyable and satisfactory for the customer while ensuring that all the policies and procedures are followed strictly.
When working in the stockrooms, Key Holder are expected to participate in all objectives related with operations of the back areas including: delivery, replenishment, transfers in & out, maintenance of the standards of the stockroom, inventories and keeping the area clean, tidy and organized.
Key Holder Responsibilities:
- Open and close the store, ensuring all security procedures are followed.
- Handle cash management responsibilities, including deposits and safe counts.
- Lead by example in customer service, sales, and store operations, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD), taking charge of store operations, team support, and customer experience during assigned shifts.

Job Description
The Virtual Sales Representative (VSR) will be responsible for marketing and selling CARDAMYST via teleconference and/or telephone to targeted health care offices and providers, in close partnership with aligned field representatives. They will deliver impactful core selling messages and educational materials as part of their remote engagements, reinforcing in-person efforts and expanding overall reach. VSRs will need to be flexible regarding job responsibilities as they will include a variety of strategic tasks: amplifying call frequency with high-priority targets, triaging and qualifying targeted HCPs, supporting large geographic territories, and engaging aligned sales team micro-focus practitioners. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Work independently from a remote home office while collaborating cross-functionally in a coordinated territory model.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Fleet Maintenance Supervisor
The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor oversees and maintains an effective fleet maintenance program to ensure that fleet vehicles are maintained in a safe and effective manner. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor oversees and maintains an effective fleet maintenance program to ensure that fleet vehicles are maintained in an effective and safety-conscious manner. The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor will be able to perform duties in a timely manner and advise leadership of any potential issues that could affect the overall performance and longevity of the fleet.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide daily guidance and support to on-site technicians to ensure all maintenance work is performed in a safe, efficient and timely manner

- Coordinate and direct the activities of all shop personnel including mechanics and welders
- Assign tasks for the mechanical repair of heavy duty refuse trucks
- Maintain parts inventory and container tracking
- Monitor maintenance work flow and ensures tasks are completed in a timely manner and to company standards
- Administer DOT and preventative maintenance programs while ensuring shop personnel is following safe work practices
- Process employee requests including vacation, PTO’s etc. and assists with the scheduling of time off
- Coach and develop employees by continuously communicating with team members and providing guidance for improvement and recognition of efforts
- Handle and resolve employee relations issues and incorporates consistent and timely disciplinary standards, preparation, and documentation of corrective action notices
- Follow and administer company safety programs by conducting monthly safety meetings, facility inspections and ensuring compliance to all OSHA and DOT regulations as well as SWPPP compliance
- Investigate and complete reports for work related injuries and/or vehicle accidents/incidents and submits paperwork to appropriate insurance carriers in a prompt manner
- Train new shop personnel on company training program and proper use of assigned equipment.
- Responsible for submitting incident alert emails on same day of occurrence
- Responsible for answering action item related emails in prompt manner
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing a fleet repair facility and heavy duty Mechanics as well as thorough knowledge of HD engines, transmissions and mechanical repairs.
- A valid California Driver’s license, required

- ASE certification for alternative fuels is a plus

Reporting, Analytics & Executive Communication
- Develop clear HR reporting: headcount, turnover, retention risk, time-to-fill, safety/Workers' Comp trends, employee relations themes
- Prepare executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and monthly/quarterly site updates
- Provide structured reporting supporting leadership visibility and global reporting needs
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive HR experience with strong Generalist depth
- 3+ years direct people management experience
- 3+ years multistate payroll experience
- 1–2 years recruiting experience (hands-on or leadership oversight)
- warehouse, industrial, or warehouse environment experience (required)
- Multi-state HR experience supporting employees across more than one U.S. state (required)
- Strong expertise in: employee relations and investigations, performance management, California HR compliance (wage & hour, policies, documentation), Workers' Compensation administration, benefits support and issue resolution
- Expert-level Excel skills (reporting, pivot tables, formulas, trend analysis)
- Expert-level PowerPoint skills (executive presentations, structured communication)
- Ability to work onsite with urgency and professionalism in a warehouse/production environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting field service workforces
- Experience partnering with global leadership or parent-company reporting expectations
- HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP)
- Spanish or Mandarin proficiency a plus
- Netsuite/ADP/SDP a plus
