Description:
Performs a variety of equipment operating and kitting duties such as assembling, filling, cleaning, inspecting, labeling, packaging, etc. to make and process products to meet high quality specifications following prescribed procedures. Working from verbal and written instructions. May use a variety of equipment including, scales, bottle filler, Peristaltic/Digistaltic pumps, sealers, torquer and other related supplies. May use measuring instruments to ensure conformance to specified tolerance. Makes supervisor aware of quality issues and taking corrective action where possible. Works under general supervision, with instruction given for routine work and detailed instructions for new types of work or special projects. Requires basic knowledge of how the team is organized and how own tasks relate to the others in the team/ unit. Impacts team performance through reliability and accuracy of own work.

As an Oracle EBS Functional Consultant, you will serve as a key functional expert supporting and enhancing the Oracle EBS Finance platform. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary liaison to owners, executive and senior stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with project goals.

- Has successfully led multiple projects through the continuum of a project’s life cycle: inception/business case development, entitlements/design/preconstruction, construction administration, commissioning/readiness planning, move-in and post occupancy.
- Demonstrated experience leading value optimization efforts through design / preconstruction phases to align project scope with Client budget, schedule, risk tolerance, and strategic objectives.

Bellevue LifeSpring is looking for a detail-oriented, organized individual who enjoys administrative tasks, is collaborative, and likes working with a team. Must be passionate about our mission to support children in need in the Bellevue community, be able to stay calm under pressure, and enjoy working with a wide range of personality types.
You will report directly to the Executive Director and work closely with the entire Bellevue LifeSpring team and Board of Directors. Your primary responsibilities will be supporting the Executive Director with calendar support, meeting management, and support with Board of Directors activities and meetings. The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support across the organization. In other words, you help keep our ship sailing! You will never be bored! POSITION DUTIES
Executive Director and Board Support (60%)

- Provide support for Board and Board Committees, including annual retreat scheduling, agenda and meeting material preparation, and tracking expenses.
