A Brief OverviewThe Nursing Supervisor coordinates and directs nursing operations of all hospital units during off shifts. Acts as a liaison with physicians, patients, families and staff. Schedules personnel and makes patient care recommendations and ensures effective patient throughput activities.
What You Will DoPatient Flow and Patient Placement
- Facilitates efficient and effective patient flow throughout the hospital
- Reviews clinical information regarding anticipated admissions, both scheduled and emergent
- Provides bed placement for patients at the right time and to the best possible location
- Collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to determine patient needs for admission and discharge
- Facilitates telehealth consultation for patients in collaboration with the clinical teams on each unit
- Collaborates with the Philadelphia Campus for patient and resource management on a regular basis
- Facilitates transfers out of the hospital to Philadelphia campus or outside facilities
Supporting and Supervising Staff
- Supporting staff in decision making as needed or in clinical care for new and/or high risk, low volume clinical practices

- Guide staff to follow departmental policies, procedures, standards and bundles including but not limited to harm prevention bundles
- Support staff with interpersonal and cross departmental collaboration and resolution of differences in opinions or strategies with a global and open mind
- Provide feedback to unit leaders regarding gaps in clinical care and provide solutions for improvement
- Provide constructive and positive feedback about staff members to unit leaders
Staffing, Skill Mix, Clinical Productivity and Resource Management
- Oversees staffing, skill mix and clinical productivity of all units within the hospital
- Assists with resource sharing as needed to support variations in volume and acuity across the hospital
Clinical Care
- Supports and serves as a clinical resource to staff in order to provide excellent and efficient clinical care
- Serves as a resource for vascular access throughout the hospital
- Responds to all emergencies (medical, behavioral, etc) within the hospital to assure that the appropriate resources and support are available
- Attends all IMTs, fire drills and/or any other emergency or out of the norm event

- Expertise in managing quality of care and patient safety scenarios

- Oversees compliance of regulatory requirement by actively checking on the environment of care and actively educating staff on the clinical standards

JOB SUMMARY:
The Quality Inspector inspects and tests materials and equipment to ensure compliance with specified drawings and procedures.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Verify and inspect materials to match PO and MRP requirements in accordance with specification drawings, military standards, commercial standards, sampling plans and internal procedures as required.
- Perform screening of materials as specified on incoming inspection travelers and/or shop travelers.
- Perform first piece inspection actions and completion of AS 9102 forms required under AS9100 where applicable.
- Inspect devices under high-powered microscopes for verification of compliance or defect identification and initiate and submit deficiency forms on any non-compliant materials as outlined by company MRB procedures.
- Perform functional electrical measurements using LCR meters, multimeters and other test equipment.
- Program, set-up and operate the coordinate measuring machine (CMM) and perform basic maintenance and calibration on the CMM where necessary.
- Inspect detailed machined parts and assemblies per print requirements if in a machine shop setting.
- Conduct first article, first piece, in process and final inspection.
- Ensure compliance using mechanical measuring devices including, but not limited to: calipers, dial gauges and optical comparators and facilitate testing to ensure compliance.
- Maintain and organize quality documentation.
- Maintain critical task training and certification records.
- Perform quality and process improvement audits and assist manufacturing inspectors with internal and external inspections as directed.
- Perform other inspection, testing or quality related tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: High School or Equivalent
- Experience Years: 1-3 years
- Experience Type: Production, Quality Related Field OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Microsoft Office and web proficiency

- Collaborate with Data Governance, Data Stewards, business partners, and MDM Operations teams to resolve data issues requiring business input.
- Document remediation decisions and maintain required audit trails in accordance with compliance and governance standards.
- Support stewardship processes by escalating complex or policy related issues as appropriate.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, or a related data operations role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (e.g., lookup functions, pivot tables, filtering, data cleaning techniques).
- Experience working with one or more MDM applications (e.g., Informatica or similar).
Preferred
- Experience with match merge or entity resolution workflows.
- Basic proficiency in SQL or other data manipulation/query tools.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks, data quality rules, and metadata management principles.
- Prior experience working with party (customer, partner) master data.
