In the Role

- Develop new connections and maintain ones by engaging customers throughout the loan process and life cycle, presenting tailored solutions based on customer needs
- Manage the life cycle of loans, including collections activities while maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Engage with customers and other departments through multiple technological channels, including phone, email, chat and our in-house systems
- Exhibit passion for achievement, bringing an internal drive to succeed and goal oriented attitude
- Clearly educate and inform customers on optional insurance products, ensuring customers have a thorough understanding of the loans, terms and their options
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred:
- Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience
- Bilingual - Spanish
Location: On site
The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed which may include Saturday.
Target base salary range is $18.00-$22.00, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.

Gate Systems is part of Fencing Supply Group and one of the leading access control companies in the Greater Chicago area. We are hiring a talented Service Coordinator with a sales and service background to join our team.
As a Service Coordinator, you will manage and supervise the installation process of various gate system installations and access control applications. You will supervise a team of technicians to ensure that the installations and service events are completed within schedule and meet the required standards.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor top-tier customers to ensure a high level of response time.
- Work with inside Customer Service Representative for quoting and scheduling of new installations and service calls.
- Demonstrated ability to work individually as well as being a strong leader, overseeing an entire department.
- Provide training to installation team members and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Maintain records of installation projects and prepare reports on project status.
- Recommend improvements to installation procedures and processes.
- Resolve installation or service-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Project Management:
- Plan, manage and oversee installation and service projects of various systems and applications and jobsite safety.
- Coordinate and supervise a team of installation and service technicians.
- Coordinate appointments for new installations and repairs, gather needed materials for technicians.
- Supervise performance of field installation staff and respond to clarification and issues in field.
- Check jobsite to confirm installation is ready.
- Integrate gate operators and access control systems.
- Ensure that the projects are complete and well done and adhere to a budget.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors to ensure smooth installation process.
- Maintain records of installation projects and prepare reports on project status.
Sales:
- Manage and develop existing and new customers.
- Quote complete installation projects of gates, gate operators and access control systems.
- Selling products and services related to low voltage systems and perimeter security.
- These systems can include gate operators, aluminum gates, perimeter and building access controls.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in installation management or a related field
- Working knowledge of Windows computers and essential programs.
- Proven history of successfully managing installation projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Clean driving record
Qualifications:
- American Fence Association Certified Gate Automation Installer or Certified Gate Automation Designer certificates would be advantageous.
- DOT qualified or the willingness to qualify would be beneficial but not required
