Position Overview:
The purpose of this position is to perform a variety of imaging procedures, including CT and X-Rays, at a technical level not requiring constant supervision.
Essential Job Functions:
Provide technical assistance and supportive patient care to assist the physicians, nurses and other technical and administrative staff in meeting the needs of individual patients throughout the facility.
Operate and maintain all imaging department equipment including but not limited to X-Ray, CT, CR reader, and PACS
Perform all imaging exams in accordance with established policies, procedures, regulations, and laws and ensure the physician on duty is notified of the results
Perform basic clinical procedures under the direction of the physician and/or nurse on duty
Maintain all required documentation, logs, charts, forms and records in paper and electronic formats
Collect laboratory samples and perform lab testing in accordance with established policies and procedures, as well as COLA and CLIA regulations
Maintain an adequate supply of all reagents and consumables to perform quality testing
Perform all routine daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic maintenance and function checks following established protocol for all imaging equipment
Perform Quality Control as established by this laboratory
Perform Proficiency Testing and/or Split Sample analysis periodically as established by this facility
Retain records of all analytic activities performed for a minimum of two years
Perform all Quality Assessment activities assigned to this position and document these activities for periodic review by the Laboratory Supervisor and/or the Laboratory Director
Other Job Functions:
Perform duties as ER Technician as needed
Maintain an adequate supply of all reagents and consumables to perform quality testing
Perform all routine daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic maintenance and function checks following established protocol for all imaging equipment
Travel to all facility locations as required
Attend staff meetings or other company sponsored or mandated meetings as required
Perform additional duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED, required
Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiology Technology, required
Associate's degree in Radiology, preferred
Certified as a medical radiologic technologist as required by the state in which practicing required
Registered Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in radiography required
Registered Technologist with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in computed tomography, preferred, with the following exceptions
CT certification required (Las Vegas Market)
CT certification required within 12 months of hire (Pennsylvania market)
Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association, required
2+ years radiologic/imaging experience, preferred
1+ years of CT experience, preferred
1+ years of emergency room experience, preferred
Proficiency with most X-ray/CT equipment, manufacturer's hardware/software and PACS
Position requires fluency in English, written and oral communication
They have a duty to provide a standard of care that meets or exceeds that of a reasonably competent and knowledgeable Medical Assistant.
The MA performs duties within their scope of practice delegated by, and under the supervision of, a provider or physician.
Duties include: Organizes the clinical environment and provides support in patient care situations.
Support includes but is not limited to assisting physicians and nursing personnel, including those skills listed under Job Functions below along with various other procedures under the direct supervision and responsibility of a medical provider.
The MA assists in identifying patient needs or problems and communicating data to the provider or other members of the clinical team.

About the Role
The Customer Support Analyst will provide excellent customer service to Ariat retailers, sales representatives, internal and external customers. You will support and communicate with sales representatives, retailers and internal customers by completing various tasks such as supporting retail accounts, order entry and order book management, maintenance, tracking and having a depth knowledge of product and order statuses. Candidates will be responsible for running daily reports and analyzing the data to ensure order book is up-to-date and product is strategically shipped to retailers. You will support coworkers on an as needed basis and meet all company and department initiatives.

- Serving as the primary contact for dealers and sales reps in assigned territory(s), including building relationships and managing any issues that may arise

- Verifying daily price and auditing of EDI and open orders
- Quickly resolving order discrepancies

- Resolving a diverse range of issues including general questions and problems involving pricing, product usage and care, product availability, inventory, transportation, order book management and product delivery

- Providing support in a specific area of focus, i.e. Key accounts, EDI, new hire training, front desk coverage or any other operational support function when needed

About You
- Intermediate to Advanced level computer skills with MS Office Word & Excel (pivots; vlookup; formulas)
- Strong analytical skills required to determine possible issues, interpret data and identify solutions
- Experience with order processing and management, product allocation in an EDI system
- Knowledge of SAP or similar order entry systems
- Understanding and appreciation of order to cash cycle
- Experience with EDI customers preferred
- Ability to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks and work independently of supervision
- Detail orientated with outstanding follow-through
- Able to solve customer problems, make decisions and take calculated risks in order to meet partner expectations in a manner consistent with company goals and policies. Raise issues to supervisor that may affect cross functional departments

What You’ll Do
This role will report to the Sr Preconstruction Manager for projects related to GNB’s Mission Critical Manufacturing (MCM) division. The successful candidate must be able to work independently in fast paced, dynamic environments and be able to multi-task to closely track and manage activities for multiple high-revenue, mission critical projects simultaneously. This role requires the coordination and continued relationship development with GNB’s blue chip customer base, vendors, suppliers, GNB personnel, and GNB’s project execution teams to execute on the project deliveries.
We are looking for a self-starter with a strong bias for action who is exceptionally curious, willing to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role will take on exciting projects with high organizational visibility that will have an impact on GNB’s Mission Critical Manufacturing business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring that the client expectations are managed proactively, diplomatically, and constructively and that clients are kept informed and aware of the project status frequently and throughout the project lifecycle
- Work with the project team and support personnel to ensure the successful completion of the project on time, at cost, scope, safety, and quality
- Maintain a “dog eared” understanding of the customer contract
- Develop detailed project schedules, using the critical path method, including design/detailing, procurement, fabrication, freight, and invoicing
- Strict adherence to project deadlines though relationship management with both internal and external project stakeholders
- Issuance of change orders when specific criteria/thresholds are met
- Allocate resources to complete projects on time and within budget, including the organization and coordination of both internal and external resources
- Project risk identification and analysis, as well as pain point identification, that may impact project completion
- Ensure invoicing is complete and submitted on time per the established contract payment terms
- Directly monitor and manage the procurement process to ensure successful procurement and delivery to the budget, schedule, quality, and environmental requirements
- Proactively identify, address, and resolve issues/problems before they occur
- Ensure safety standards are maintained in all aspects of projects

Key Responsibilities (Manufacturing Focus):

- Relevant certifications such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional), CHST, OSHA 30, and/or OSHA 510
- Proven ability to influence, coach, and engage employees at all levels

Working Conditions:

The Lead works under the direct supervision of clinic Medical Director, Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Office Manager to supervise and directs LVN/LPN and medical assistant staff, provide leadership, direction and consultation. The Lead will assess, plan, implement and evaluate the provision of patient care by all assigned personnel. The person will oversee patient flow throughout the clinic and may perform quality assurance on patient charts, ensuring correct scheduling and accurate documentation. - Maintain nursing license on a current status.
