As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will:

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients, working onsite in their homes, including administering medications, performing wound care, and conducting patient assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.

This role is part of Humana's driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and are expected to maintain personal vehicle liability insurance. Responsibilities of the Construction Supervisor:
