Pulmonary Critical Care Physician Job near Sacramento, CA Join an established 4 MD 3 mid level Pulm/CC practice in central California.
Currently caring for patients in an inpatient setting but there are expansion plans underway to include both inpatient and outpatient Pulmonary services.
The ICU is open and also includes SICU, CVICU, CCU, and a NCCU.
Day shifts only, 7:00am- 7:00pm or 8:00am 4:00pm.
2 weeks ICU coverage/month.
12-hour ICU shifts are compensated.1 week of Pulmonary Clinic.
Model allows 10-12 days off per month.

- Imaging Duties: Stroke CTs, ICU, and ED imaging studies. Daily studies include CT, X-ray, ultrasound, and MRI.
- Studies per Day: Approximately 50 studies, including:
- CTs: 15-20
- X-rays: 15-20
- Ultrasounds: 10
- MRIs: 5
- IR Procedures: 5-8
- Support Staff: Diagnostic imaging nurses and radiology techs on-site
- EMR System: Cerner
- Documentation Needed: Updated CV, provider's NPI or license number, availability, and malpractice history.
