- Conservative and Interventional Pain Management of the Spine and Joints

We are opening our second location in Greenwich, CT at the end of this year (target December 2025?January 2026) and are seeking a highly motivated, experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our growing team.

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced aesthetic provider who is:
- Comfortable working independently while supported by a strong clinical and management team
- Passionate about aesthetics, skin health, and patient-centered care

Responsibilities:
- Perform patient consultations and develop customized treatment plans
- Administer injectable treatments (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, collagen stimulators, PRF, etc.)
- Perform treatments using advanced energy-based devices and lasers (training provided on all our devices)
- Educate patients on skincare regimens and treatment protocols
- Collaborate with the medical director and management team to maintain the highest standard of care
- Participate in marketing events, staff education, and community outreach as a brand ambassador
- Must be able to commute to Avon, CT periodically for full staff trainings (meetings and some education can be done virtually)
- Be a team player! Nobody is above vacuuming or taking the trash out
Qualifications
- Current Connecticut licensure as a PA-C or APRN - no RNs/LPNs please
- Current DEA & CT controlled substance license
- 3+ years of aesthetic medicine or relevant medical experience (required)
- Skilled in a broad range of injectables; laser/device experience preferred (training provided)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, high-end clinical environment

- $70 ? $85 per hour (based on experience)

Summary: An exempt position responsible for practicing medicine, including surgical services, and managing all aspects of in-patient medical care under the appropriate physician supervision as defined by New York State law. - Write notes and consultations on patients seen
- Attend Multi-disciplinary rounds
- Consult on surgical patients both on the floor and ER
- Work with nursing, care management, and other colleagues with a team approach and perspective
- May place and remove surgical drains
- Consult appropriate specialties as seen fit
- Monitors therapies and provides continuity of care
- Triage patient calls and evaluates patient's problems and concerns. Responds to emergencies including use of CPR
- Counsels patient/family on health care matters
- Documents patient information and care in the medical record, in a confidential manner, and may maintain departmental statistical database for research and quality purposes
- Familiar with anatomy, pharmacology, pathophysiology, clinical medicine and physical diagnosis
- Demonstrates skill in gathering and analyzing physiological, socioeconomic, and emotional patient data
- Demonstrates skill in accurately evaluating patient problems in person or via phone and providing appropriate advice, intervention, or referral
- Demonstrates ability to make responsible decisions within the scope of PA practice.
- Ability to assist in surgical procedures.
- Demonstrates ability to collaborate effectively with physicians
- Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively with all other disciplines in the medical arena
- Demonstrates ability to educate patients, families and staff in a user-friendly manner
- Demonstrates ability to demonstrate hand-eye coordination, full range of motion, and manual dexterity
Education, Training, Licensure and Experience Requirements
- Current New York State Licensed Physician Assistant
- Current National Certification (Highly Recommended)
- Current White Plains Hospital Physician Assistant Collaborative Practice Agreement
- Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Proficiency in all procedures, techniques and skills approved in the delineation of privileges
Or
- Masters Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
- Current NYS license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse.
- Current NYS certification as a Nurse Practitioner (either Adult/Geriatric).
- Maintains a current collaborative practice agreement.
- Current National Certification (Highly Recommended)
